This comfortable 2 storey house is a 300 metres stroll from the dog friendly beach and offers privacy with the convenience of a 5 minute drive to the Penguin Parade, Nobbies, Cowes town centre and Grand Prix Circuit .

Perfect for the family or 2 families with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 separate living areas and expansive covered decks. Spacious front and rear gardens for the family with pergola, firepit and outdoor seating and a hot water outdoor shower The back yard is fully fenced for dogs.

For privacy for individual families or a retreat for adults the accommodation on each floor consists of 2 bedrooms, living rooms and full bathrooms, both with 1200mm showers. All bedding and bath towels are provided.

The upstairs bedrooms have one queen bed and the other with 3 singles serviced by a bathroom. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area have reverse cycle AC and heating as well as a wood burning fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead to the expansive covered balcony up among the trees where people spend most of their time either relaxing or entertaining.
The kitchen has all the facilities you would expect including stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Downstairs one bedroom has a queen bed and the other 4 singles(2 bunks) serviced by a bathroom with bathtub and laundry. This living area has a chaise lounge suite, TV/DVD and a large quality DVD collection.

The property is in a quiet semi rural residential area. Only minutes to the beach, you may however be tempted to divert through the sceinic remant native forest of Ventnor Commons along the way. This beach is the only all day off leash dog beach on the island so you can take your furry family for a walk or spend all day on the sand. From there Ventnor main beach to the left and Red Rocks beach to the right are the best swimming beaches and Berrys Beach, one of the nicest surf beaches on the island, is a 5 minute drive. The special events bus stop is at the end of the street.

All bed linen and bath towels are supplied.
No bath towels to the beach so BYO beach towels.

Well behaved pets are welcome and accommodated for - but not on the furniture!

Minimum days and book in day are set for certain dates but if these do not suit please contact me to see if your request can be accommodated. This will depend on other bookings around those times.
