Watch winter sunsets on a private roof top deck with views of the Ocean and Mountains. Property is fully furnished including all the beach gear needed to put your toes in the sand. Rental rate includes all utilities (plus WiFi and Cable) and weekly housecleaning services. Available DEC, JAN and FEB. No pets. No smoking.
