GETWUNTOO is the entire top floor of a two story home, situated on beach frontage of Trinity Row on the beautiful Sandon Point beach at Bulli NSW. Located between Thirroul and Bulli beaches with the most amazing views and immediate beach access. This property is all about beach side living. Back yard can be secured for small children. Would suite two families or larger group with booking for up to six then additional cost per person for extras above six. Now with fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. 4 bedrooms,2queen beds,3singles,1 queen fold out sofa bed. Suits 6 comfortably but can sleep up to 9 sharing at extra costs per person above 6.

The beach is patrolled in summer with flags located 200 meters to the north for safe swimming and a fifty meter pool south at Bulli beach. Fishing, cycling, walks, whale watching from the balcony when migrating, dolphins cruising the beach. Check out the locals kite surfing out the front when windy or just relax with a drink, its up to you. Get up early and watch the sun come up over the ocean for an amazing sunrise or have breakfast at the breakfast bar or balcony and watch the joggers go by. Maybe just lie in bed and watch the sun rise over the ocean then hit the beach for an early swim or walk on one of the safest beaches on the east coast. We have some awesome surf breaks including Sandon point, Peggy's and various beach breaks. The cycleway/walkway is immediately out the front and is a fairly level to Wollongong and further. A massive mowed soccer/park is just steps away for those cricket,soccer or outdoor games. Three coffee/restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Woonona to the south and Thirroul to the north having some fine eateries. A small shopping complex including Woolworth's is just up the road for all your supplies as only minimal items supplied. To the west is the Illawarra escarpment with a variety of walking and bike trails to explore. Other attractions include: Seacliff bridge, Symbio wild life park, Illawarra fly, Wollongong City10 minutes away, Golf courses, Royal National Park, hang gliding at Bald hill, Sky dive the beach. Deep sea fishing, Sunday forages market at Bulli Greyhound track.Easy day trips to Sydney, Kiama and the Southern highlands. Train station just up the road for day trips, and those travelling by rail. Bus service runs outside house.
The accommodation is all about the beach and ocean life style with the amenities that the Illawarra has provided so your choices are endless whatever your preferred interests are.

This is NOT a PARTY House, NO Bucks ,Hens Bridal getting ready etc. No smoking in the house or naked flames like candles, incense BBQs etc.

For lease is the entire top floor area of the home comprising four large bedrooms.Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two single beds, a front sunroom / bedroom with fold out sofa with 55mm foam mattress and a single bed.Master bed has front balcony's with ocean views from the bed.All bedrooms with doors. Kitchen with ceasarstone bench tops, dishwasher and high gloss polyurethane cupboards, separate Laundry with washing machine, Two bathrooms one with a massive 1.8 metre long bath. Two under cover balconies with awesome views of the beach, ocean and escarpment and a rear undercover BBQ. There is two private accesses by front and rear by stairs. Outside shower when you come from the beach to wash off. Linen and bath towels provided .( Beach towels 5.00 extra per towel). Outdoor dining setting for six is on the front balcony off the master bedroom for an amazing experience.
The home is separated into upstairs and downstairs (where the owner resides downstairs)
Off street parking for one car and motorcycles at rear for security, a side street close by for all other vehicles.
There is fully ducted AIR CONDITIONING upstairs or open the windows and the sea breeze is all that is needed. Free standing and some ceiling fans provided.
This is a quiet neighbourhood so please respect the area. No naked flames ie candles, incense,BBQs, cookers etc.
Garage is not included in any rental. Child supervision at all times especially on balconies
2 Smart TVs one with Apple TV . Broadband high speed internet available 100mbs. One outside security camera covers driveway area
