Wonderful stay

HOLLYWOOD

This building is just behind another small building but you can still see the beach from the porch. Steps to the beach. She has beach towels, hats, boogie boards, beach umbrella and a couple of park chairs. Very clean, great water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed. It’s at the end of the broad walk, but the broad walk isn’t too long.. food store 20 minute walk. Had a great time!

Cozy spot with easy beach access

The hostess was amazing and responded to texts promptly. Beach access was perfect, however, many of the restaurants were at least still a couple mile walk. The condo itself was clean, well-equipped, and exactly what we needed! We would stay again!

Excellent location, right on the beach!

Excellent location! A few steps to the beach and Broadwalk! The bed is very comfortable. It had everything my husband and I needed for a 5 day stay. Olga was extremely helpful and explained things in detail. The location is at the end of Broadwalk in a quiet location. The beach area out front is quiet and peaceful also. Walk a mile north up the Broadwalk to the restaurants and nightlife. I had a foot injury during the trip and on the Broadwalk there is a bike shop that rents handicap scooters and another that rents e-bikes. We’ll definitely be returning.

We loved the location being steps from the beach but quiet as well. Lovely and helpful host! Great accommodations. Had everything we needed! Not to mention very clean and tidy. Oh and comfy bed! We will be back!

Great Vacation Spot!

We rented this for a 4 day weekend. It is walking distance to the beach and at the end of the Hollywood broad walk. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were all included. This is a great place to stay and we will definitely rent from Olga again.

Fantastic Get Away

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at the property. We enjoy running and since it is right at the south end of the boardwalk we had a nice run each day up to the north end, enjoying the view and people watching. The property is well maintained and everything worked very well. We’d definitely stay again and appreciate the interaction with our host, Olga.

Location, location, location!

Olga's place was wonderful - accurately described, very cute, lacked for literally nothing and Olga herself was the most responsive host with whom I've ever dealt. Check-in and out were a breeze. Kitchen was fully serviceable. We had everything we needed and we were 75 steps to the beach (yes, we counted). We will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This was a fantastic location for exploring Hollywood, literally steps from the beach, very quiet in spite of construction going on nearby. The instructions for check in and operating instructions were super clear, very helpful owner and great communication. I left some room spray and extra paper towels that hopefully get passed on to the next guest. My only suggestion is to allow some of the windows to open - as a visitor from the Pacific Northwest I rarely used the air conditioning but would have loved some fresh air.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Olga was very responsive before and during our stay and provided some nice amenities (beach towels, chairs, nylon beach blanket) that made the stay very convenient. I also appreciated the dual head shower system. You never seem to get that feature in a rental! The location felt safe and it was so nice to be right on the Broadwalk and of course, the beach! The only "complaints" we have are that the window AC units run quite loud and the fire alarm in the bedroom blinks brightly. Both were a little disruptive to our sleep, but I do acknowledge that these are normal functions and may be out of the owner's control. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to the area in the future.

Not great for older people

Pros: close to beach, good size, clean, free parking if you have a compact car; very nice, hot shower with great water pressure; beach towels available. Cons: steps up to building are higher than regulation; no railing to hang on to unless you lean over and grab the patio gate; foam mattress not good for a heavy person (my husband is 275 lbs); only one couch to sit on in living room (one photo showed an overstuffed chair that was not there); beach chairs available are really camping chairs-not comfortable and blow over easily; mattress pad and fitted sheet kept coming off the bed; the place gets little to no sun, quite dark inside.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

Awesome property steps from the beach. Close enough to all the broadwalk fun but far enough away for it to be quiet. Property itself was spotless with all the amenities of home. Perfect for me and my daughter! Olga is an excellent property manager who proactively communicated all the property information - which was clear and very easy to understand. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Great communication, great location

Had a great long weekend. Olga was super responsive, the apartment was clean and the location was perfect. It was just close enough to bars and restaurants yet just far enough to be nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Wonderful

Olga is EVERYTHING and so is the property! Clean, stocked with all of the necessities, very comfortable bed, and the cutest sheets with pockets!!! Super short walk to the beach, and 13 mins from FLL Airport! Boardwalk very nice at night! We will definitely return!

100 feet from the sand!

Easy, simple, clean, old school beach property. Towels, chairs, large umbrella provided. Condo is ground floor accessible after 5 steps. Beach is viewable from living room window. Condo located at southern end of the boardwalk. 100 steps out the front door and your on the Beach. During the week there was maybe 3 other guests on the beach in October. Groceries within 1 mile. All dining options you could image with 5 min drive. Brewery and small eats available along the boardwalk. Very quiet location. No street noise. Parking space is for compact vehicles only.
