Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, our spacious home complies with City of Hollywood regulations, allowing a maximum of two occupants per bedroom. This makes our apartment perfect for:
1 couple or 2 adults,
1 adult with 2 children under 4 years old,
1 child over the age of 4 (note: children over 4 years old are considered adults).

These permits allow you to park in metered or designated spaces.
Most restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, making a car unnecessary for enjoying local dining options. Unauthorized parking on the property will result in a $100 daily fee, and a contracted towing company will tow the vehicle at the guest's expense.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a healthy and pleasant environment for all guests.
Pets are not allowed due to the host's medical condition.

Perfect spot to stay in Hollywood Beach. Our first time there and we had a great time. So close to everything. Apt had everything we needed and we loved being so close to the broadwalk. Highly recommend.

Third Stay!!!
We stayed in Olga’s property for a third time! The first two stays were in another condo and this stay was just as good. The listing is very accurate, checkin is seamless and we love the quiet end of the boardwalk. We liked it so much that we booked our next stay while we were there!

I’ve always used hotels this was my first Vrbo and I loved it! The place is literally on the beach. She has everything you will need as if you was at home. Bring extra towel and wags if you planning a week and if there is more then 1 person. :) the discription is spot on with the place. It’s was beautiful and literally right next to the beach minus well say on the beach. The bed was so comfortable. Right there on boardwalk where you can walk to everything. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever here again. The owner is very prompt at communication which is a plus ! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Great house, great location.
The house was just as described. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, on a quiet street and only steps to the beach but walking distance to restaurants, bars and entertainment. The check in/check out process was very efficient and the host was available and helpful. Will definitely be back for another visit.

We had an excellent stay! Olga was very responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The attention to detail was impressive, right down to all the knives in the kitchen being sharp. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to the ocean and walking distance to local attractions and public transportation.

I had the perfect 10 day stay with Olga's property. The apartment was super duper clean. The location was perfect. Olga was very gracious and responds immediately to your questions and needs. This was my 1st stay with a VRBO property. My parents had a coveted (Red Week) with RCI timeshare company so I am no stranger to this type of traveling. I am very pleased with my vacation and this property receives a Superior rating from me.

Great Beach House
My wife and I have been vacationing at various places on Hollywood beach for 7 years now. This property was very clean and the check in process was easy with the keypad. The kitchen was well equipped with pans and pots so we were able to cook a couple meals in. There was only salt and pepper so we had to purchase some other things like cooking oil. The location of this property is at the very south of the boardwalk and next to a public parking lot so the beach is a bit more crowded on weekends compared to the north side of the boardwalk but we were able to find a spot just fine (just a bit closer to others). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect place to rest and relax
My husband and I were looking for a place to rest and relax, by the beach. This condo had everything we were looking for and more. The condo itself was clean, quiet, private and had everything one needs, including extra pillows, kitchen appliances, and beach towels. The bed was very comfortable. As far as the location, it’s second to none. We walked to the beach and restaurants every day; so nice not having to deal with driving and parking. Also, everything we needed, and could not bring, was at a Super Walmart only a couple miles away. Lastly, the owner, Olga, responded quickly to all questions and concerns. When possible, she sent pictures to explain how to get around and find what we needed, ie garbage, laundry, etc. I highly recommend this condo and plan on returning next year. Loved it!

Two weeks of heaven
#3 was clean, simple and charming. 76 steps to the beach; I counted. Although there were other people in the building it was quiet. Olga is super fast at getting back with you if you need anything.
