Girls trip!

This was a great place for us to stay! Each room had its own restroom, which was a big plus! They were very responsive and were able to accommodate our early check-in request. The room on the bottom floor does stay pretty chilly, which worked out for us because one of our girls sleeps hot! She loved it. Thanks for hosting us!

Great House

Amazing house in a great location! Everything was as listed and pictured. Beds are absolutely amazing and would love to know what mattresses are used to upgrade my personal home! Communication was quick and helpful! Would definite recommend and 100% would stay again!

Perfect for our girls trip

4 of us plan a girls trip every other year and this year we chose Nashville and the Vibe house. It was perfect for the 4 of us (would be great for couples too). We had our own private areas as well as a common area where we could come together for coffee and breakfast and end of the night chats. The property was clean and the decor was fun! The property manager was quick to respond whenever I had any kind of questions (even when the information was already in the instructions I had been given!). I would highly recommend this property for your next Nashville vacation.

Large bedrooms with enough space for everyone

We loved the place, we had a group of 8. Our only real issue was not enough living room furniture to sit at. Also the cleaning crew needs to do a better job. We couldn't use the Keurig because it had mold in water tank and we had to wipe down everything in some bathrooms and the kitchen.

70th Birthday Bash

857 Vibe is exactly as described! We came to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday and boy did we have fun! The rooms are spacious and clean. It was so nice for everyone to have their own bathroom as well. The location is a short drive to downtown. My only critique would be parking. While there is a 2 car garage it’s very small. Our minivan fit but my uncle joined us a day later than the rest of the group and his truck would not fit. They are very strict with extra parking (several neighbors woke up to find their car booted) My uncle parked on the street but it would be nice to have additional parking spots on site. I would absolutely book this property again! Very well priced!

Everything was very nice, however the chairs were not comfortable so we fought for the couch. The stools at the table were too high to allow your legs to get under the table, and were not adjustable. Otherwise everything was as shown and beautiful. Management was very accommodating. Overall we had a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vibe Place. Everything was exactly as described, clean and very centrally located. The little extra amenities and relaxed check out was wonderful as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great choice!

This home is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Short Uber drive to downtown Nashville. There is a washer and dryer. Plenty of pillows and towels. The only negative I would say is there are only 7 stools at the table and with 4 bedrooms you would probably anticipate 8 people. We would recommend this place for sure!!

Family vacation

Convenient location. Only thing I would suggest is to make sure you let renters know that large vehicles will not fit in garage. Also the floors could use a good scrubbing. My socks were black from first day we were there.

Nashville Family Trip

Large townhome with 4 beds and 4 baths, plenty of room to accommodate my husband and I and 2 daughters and their husbands. Clean and nicely decorated. Each bedroom’s theme was that of a country singer which was fun…i had Johnny Cash! You’re a 10 or 15 minute Uber ride from downtown which is great. I only wish there were a few places near by that we could walk to if we didn’t want to go downtown. But it was a great place to stay for a large group …. I would definitely book again!

Great for a Girls’ Trip

My 3 friends and I stayed at this location for a long weekend. We loved the uniqueness of the property in that each bedroom has its own bathroom. There were no surprises, it looked almost identical to the listing pictures. The professional management team was just that, professional and very prompt to respond to messages. They were also a bit flexible with check out time. There were also an abundance of clean towels and items we needed for the kitchen. If I had to offer one area of constructive criticism it would be concerning some aspects of the cleanliness of the property. There was a clump of hair in the master bedroom shower, one of pans on the kitchen was dirty, and the front door area contained multiple spider webs that made it initially difficult to access the door lock. However, all in all, we had a really pleasant stay and would recommend this location to others.

Great layout with 4 bedrooms and baths

The condo was not too far from downtown Nashville which is where we spent most of our time. Nice complex. The cleaning crew could put forth alittle more time to ensure everything is cleaned well and some of the walls could use some paint touch up. Overall it was good and would stay there again.

Great for family or friends!

This property was beautiful, from every detail of the themed rooms to the spacious kitchen and living room area and the decor. Very easy check in process and very detailed instructions and helpful guide book. We traveled as three couples of friends, the fourth had to cancel last minute but the suites are all private with your own space, we each had our own “floor” at bedtime. There is a lot of stairs Involved if you are in one of the third floor rooms but not a detractor from the overall experience of the home. Thank you so much for making our trip so enjoyable

Great Trip

We had a great trip with short Uber rides to Broadway and many other attractions in Nashville. The condo was very clean and decorated with the perfect Nashville theme. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and they are separated onto each floor which makes it nice if you are traveling with people that snore!

Nashville Weekend
