Very happy with our stay and especially with communication with the owner. Parking our vehicles and enclosed trailers were very easy with the circle driveway.
Went up to spend time with family around the holidays and this was the perfect little getaway with plenty of space for adults and children as well. So don’t let the decor deter you as you will not be do
This was our second time staying here over Thanksgiving. We came to the area for a family Thanksgiving and once again loved the place. It was clean, cozy and provided ample room for us. Loved the view of the lake and being able to sip our coffee in the morning enjoying the beautiful view!
This was our base camp for sxs trip. Trails near by, quiet neighborhood, large home so we didn't feel cramped. Loved the firepit out by the lake. Very peaceful, would come back.
We had the best time. Everything you need to cook and enjoy the lake is provided. Small dock is great for fishing.
Beds are very comfortable with plenty of blankets.
Highly recommend.
Had a great time here, good space for a girls weekend. We were rained in but were able to still enjoy our time together. The house was clean and cozy. The bistro in Atlanta was a great place for lunch.
We had a wonderful time at this property. Some may call the property dated but we felt it just added to the ambiance of the whole place. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing!!! The home is large enough so that we were not all over each other. We would stay here again when we are in the area!!!

The host was quick to respond. We did encounter a few major issues , and she was polite in her response.
We l traveled to Clear Lake for boating and swimming.
There was 8 of us in a 3 bedroom plus couches. The home is dated but clean. Enjoyed the time together, cooking, eating, and a little beverage.
The lake picture needs to updated, we wanted to use dock for getting Kayaks though not an option. Weeds have taken over the area in front of waterfront area. Firepit was great but bring your own chairs. It is less then a mile to the center of town and a really great grocery store (Freddie's)
It was a nice weekend to spend with family before my son left for basic training. One little issue was that there was mouse droppings in the drawers. Considering the home is a double wide. Its hard to keep those kritters out. For the most part it was clean and cozy.
The house was decent and had a washer dryer and everything needed so that was great. Yard was good nice and roomy with a fire pit. The only reason I wouldn’t stay here again during the summer months is because there is a lot of lily pads all over that area and it’s hard to kayak through them and fishing from the dock door is quiet tricky. Otherwise great place
We enjoyed our stay and found the location ideal. Great view of the water. Easy mile to Atlanta downtown, and good location for getting to our public land deer hunting stomping grounds for the November Whitetail opener. Would stay here again! Hosts were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
Quick getaway that was so peaceful and tranquil out back …. Will definitely recommend to friends and family
