Acceptable.
Let's start with the pros.
Very convenient location, close to the train and a commercial zone.
Well equipped apartment with almost everything anyone needs.
Cons.
Level 2 where the apartment is located smells very bad.
The apartment is advertised as tastefullly furnished, I believe at some point it was, but now it is not in good condition.
The carpet is dirty, the walls are dirty, the bathroom and kitchen needs a deep clean.
The building has a problem with the fire alarm and one time we need to rushed out the apartment and wait on the street until the fire department declares the building safe, and a second time the fire alarm went off because of the tech guy working with it.
