The home offers all you could want for your family holiday including a heated pool

It is conveniently located within walking distance ( 9 Minutes ) to the front beach. The Rye Carnival, Pier, restaurants and shops also all within walking distance; however there is no need to leave the home as you have your own swimming pool to relax in or alternatively keep the children entertained.

Natural thermal mineral waters flow into the pools and private baths at this coastal oasis, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

How can we forget the golfers! You are surrounded by some of the best golf courses in the world. The Dunes, Moonah Links, St Andrews and Eagle Ridge all situated within a 10 minute drive.

Alternatively, jump in the car and drive down to Cape Schanck. During the low tide; the rockpools provide endless hours of entertainment for the kids - they are even big enough to jump in.

This local beach even has a huge sand dune to climb up and run down. The views from the top are nothing short of extraordinary.

The Enchanted Adventure Garden awaits you. The magical wonderland nestled in the hinterland of Arthurs Seat can provide families with the opportunity to expand their minds and engage their spirits through the various adventures and bushland obstacles the gardens have to offer.

Boneo Maze is also located within a 10 minute drive, with over 25 acres of wetlands and a beautiful showcase of the Mornington Peninsula’s indigenous flora and fauna, including many species of frogs and water birds.

The house itself features 4 bedrooms all beds with comfortable mattresses for that a comfortable sleep, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath) and an open plan living area with a large TV to watch a number of available movies from Netflix and Fetch TV or scroll through the endless channels the Fetch TV has to offer and catch up on the all the shows you have missed.

We also provide free Wifi with unlimited data.

The home is equipped with evaporative cooling and central heating throughout that will keep you comfortable all year round.
The wrap around well equipped kitchen has stone bench-tops, induction cook-top, dishwasher and an Aldi coffee machine. There is an extendable dining table for 8 - 12 people and 5 bar stools at the Kitchen/Breakfast bench.

A European laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer is available if you wish to catch up on some washing during your stay.
The home boasts indoor/outdoor living, with doors opening to the alfresco area so that you can have your BBQ's sitting out overlooking the gardens and pool.

The swimming pool is fully fenced. In addition, the long driveway is suitable for boat parking and 4+ cars. The property is also fully fenced for that extra piece of mind.

We have supplied some items such as, hand soap, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid,, sponges, bin liners, salt, pepper, coffee, various types of tea, glad wrap and foil only to name a few.

This holiday home suits 2 - 3 families or a mature group.
Definitely NO SCHOOLIES will be permitted, if found that you are schoolies and booked the property. Your booking will be cancelled.

At no point during your stay should you obscure / cover the cameras, with tape, carboard or other items around the house. These cameras are installed for preventative measures only. A call out fee will apply and charged by the security company if the cameras are tampered with at any time.
