Luxury 3 Bedroom Home, 30 meters to Mooloolah River and 1.3km to Mooloolaba Main Beach. Enjoy cooking in the Outdoor Kitchen or beautifully designed Interior Kitchen. 3 x Double Bedrooms, 2 x Bathrooms including Spa Bath and all modern conveniences you would expect to receive in a luxury home. Off street, secure parking.

Reverse Cycle Air-Conditioning to Major Areas of the House and independent to Master Bedroom.

Walk to the shops, restaurants and along the boardwalk to Kawana Island. Cycle or walk 1 km to Mooloolaba Main Beach and the many facilities that Mooloolaba has to offer, including Sea Life Sunshine Coast Aquarium. Travel by bus to visit Australia Zoo.

Our home is Family friendly, has wifi, Satellite TV, an Outdoor Cooking Centre and Dining Area plus an outdoor media centre.

Amazing house!

We loved this house and its locations so much. We didn’t want to leave! The house had everything we could possibly need, was close to shops, beaches, cafes etc. We spent more time in the outdoor entertaining area than anywhere else in the house and love it. Julie and Chris were wonderful to deal with, excellent communication and very helpful. Probably the best holiday house we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot! So many cute little touches in the house. Thank you so much for having us.

Our Sunshine on the Coast

The home was presented very well, it was neat & comfortable. The host was amazingly attentive and ensured we had all we needed. The location was perfect, close to all amenities and a short drive to Mooloolaba. Perfect place for our party of 4:)

Beautiful home in an excellent location

This beautiful home was spotlessly clean and provided everything we could ask for. From the welcome drinks to a handy hints folder including tourist information we couldn’t have asked for more. The outdoor cooking centre and patio including a media centre was where our family spent the most time. This home had 3 generous bedrooms and was beautifully furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Minyama and recommend this home and its location for a wonderful stay on the Sunshine Coast.

Lovely property. Quite neighbourhood. Easy drive to Mooloolaba and shopping centre at minyama. Easy to get to from the airport. Nice walk by the river. Well set up house, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor kitchen, beach towels available. Toys for young children. Sparkling clean Would definitely recommend this property

What a great place to stay!

We had such a great time. I had my morning walks to different places for my morning coffee, Kawana Shopping World was a good walk away (build up my steps😉), Kawana Beach (and Surf Club) was a short drive away, or there was Mooloolaba not far up the road. The house itself was fantastic - we couldn't have asked for more. From the two-person shower, to the backyard dining area with TV...my 12-year-old loved that😆 The nearby footpaths were also great for getting to know the surrounding area - a habit of mine on holidays away from home. Overall we had a wonderful time, and my girls already have it in their list for possible destinations next Christmas holidays. Thank you so much Julie and Chris!

Get Away

Not a holiday house but more of staying at a friend's home Christmas tree and treasure chest for the kids, full of lollies. The only negative was the coming of the midges at sunset. Didn't use the outdoor setting much after their 1st attack 😅. Highly recommend bringing the Zirtec. The walks were Gr8, suggest to go over and under the bridge and head west as follows the waterway for longer, gr8 coffee shop/restaurant 2.6km away 😁

A perfect getaway property for our family that provided an ideal location for Christmas Day Brunch ?

From the start our experience with Chris was great, as she was very informative. When we arrived at the property, there were a number of special added touches, like welcome drinks, and a message to the family in the amazing outdoor area. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the property was spacious for 4 adults and our child. The Media room and outdoor area allowed for everyone to have their own space when required. The kitchen and outdoor area is stocked with all of the gear required to cook up a feast. 2 ovens and a deep fryer helped to cater Christmas Day brunch for 15 people. We loved the close access to a shaded park, plus shops and Kawana shopping centre. Only a short drive into Moolabah beach, and we found ourselves there daily, and also walking alongside the river near the house. One of the best properties we have stayed in to date. We throughly enjoyed our experience and am grateful to the host Chris 🥰

The property was outstanding, a real gem which perfectly accommodated the three couples. Really functional kitchen and outdoor area, very high standard maintained throughout.

New Years Break

Lovely location on the coast for us to catchup with our friends that live out of state. Wonderful location and communication with the host. Kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful, every appliance you could think of! The outdoor entertainment area was why we booked the property, heaps of space for us to relax and catchup :)

Comfortable house in urban location

This is a 20th century family house with a makeover. We wanted for nothing (but, then, we weren't looking for 5 star). While we all prefer firmer mattresses, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms met our needs, and the kitchen functional and well appointed. The covered outdoor recreational area was the biggest plus - it allowed the 6 of us the space to interact without feeling cramped.

Family get together on Sunshine Coast

This home was comfortable and very well equipped. Loved the semi-outdoor entertainment area for family meals and relaxation. Access to Mooloolaba and Maroochydore was easy - just a couple of minutes by car. Lovely park and coffee shop within easy walking distance of the home too. Our hosts were easy to contact and so very kind and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great Family Home

Just Like Home

Julie and Chris are great "landlords" and their home is amazing! Located in a quiet neighborhood, and close enough to stores for daily shopping. We lived in the FABULOUS outdoor living area almost all of the time. Julie was just a phone call away when ever we needed her and helpful. Thank you Julie and Chris for the use of you beautiful home. Spotless, stylish and stocked.

This really is a home away from home. We came with 2 young children 6 & 4. From beach towels to toys for the children, a stocked kitchen and fantastic outdoor area ; all of your needs are met. We were a quick drive to the beach, shops and multiple sites around the region. This is a very comfortable home! The owners Julie and Chris are such generous hosts and have added touches to the house that add character, warmth and convenience .We Thankyou Julie and Chris for extending that welcome after such a long and rigorous journey, the generosity you extended will not be forgotten! Didn't want to leave!

This is a real home away from home. Walking distance from shops and water but away from the crowds. The owner's attention to detail meant that from the moment we arrived we could unwind and enjoy the great Sunshine Coast.

Beautiful Family Home

Our family had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was provided at the house, we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area. Fantastic house in fantastic location

Our holiday was made all the more wonderful by this gorgeous home. It was so clean and had everything we needed and more (including toys to keep the kids entertained!). Loved the outdoor patio area. It was a perfect size for our family of 4. Hosts were lovely to deal with and we can't wait until our next trip to the Sunshine Coast where we will definitely be staying again. Fantastic Family Holiday Home!

From the moment we entered we were amazed by this fantastic family holiday home. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and offered extras such as pantry supplies, toiletries and even welcome drinks in the fridge. Our family loved the outdoor entertaining area, with BBQ and outdoor kitchen and TV for the kids to watch movies. The house is close to walking paths along the river and a great local park with playground for the kids. It's location is great for exploring the Sunshine Coast and only a few minutes drive to a large shopping centre with restaurants. We would highly recommend this holiday home and I'm sure we will return again in future!
