Give yourself a License to Chill in this beautifully renovated 3,000 sf Key West-styled beach house.  Outside the island colors and shutters fit in perfectly with the sounds of the surf and sand.  The house is crowned with a private Captain's Walk with panoramic roof-top observatory perfect for watching ships come and go from Port Canaveral just down the street or watching a rocket launch all while sipping a cool drink.  Nestled in a private cul-de-sac in a quiet beachside local community with plenty of wildlife including turtles, resident peacocks and every possible species of bird imaginable.  This 4 bedroom, 3 bath coastal retreat overlooks a natural preserve of indigenous plants and dunes only steps away from the front door.

Enjoy the open concept floor plan including a Southampton-styled great room with vaulted ceilings and Hemingway-styled ceiling fans, a beautiful gas burning fireplace and mantel when you have a chill or maybe just for some ambience, a world-class kitchen including both gas and electric cooking options with high-end stainless steel appliances, two master bedrooms both with en suite attached baths, two additional bedrooms each uniquely themed and a crow's nest loft for reading a book or relaxing that can be used as an additional bedroom.  Complete with heated pool to enjoy the sun without the sand. Winter Bird Watching get away.

Second time staying here. Great location, property, and hosts. Spent a week visiting birding hotspots in the area. Nice place to come home to. Well stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze. Location was great for a morning and evening stroll on the beach.

Adult Family Vacation

This property is all that is advertised and as shown perfectly in the photos. We even got to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center. It was a perfect fit for our family which included six adults and a 19 month old. The hosts were extremely responsive when needed, such as adjusting the pool temperature, etc.

Best beach rental

Wow, this house is exactly what we wanted for a beach house. This house had everything to make our group of seven have a great spring break. House was super clean. The beach access was right across the street. Absolutely loved the sounds of the peacocks. The captaiin's walk was great to watch the rocket launches. We definitely plan another trip here.

January Getaway

The home was immaculate and contained just about anything you could possibly need to relax , cook, swim and enjoy the area. The owners kindly left a supply of soaps and other necessities. We were able to enjoy watching two launches 🚀 . The beach access was right across the road. We truly had a wonderful time !

Great property and location

Exceeded our expectations. Owners were very responsive, contacted us several times to make sure our stay was positive. 5 adults stayed and used as a home base for birding in the area. Lots of room to spread out. Beach was great for sunrises and getting away from it all. Ate most meals in, so the roomy kitchen and grill worked out well. Plenty of privacy with the 4 bedrooms. Will look into renting again next year.

Gorgeous Comfy Home

This was an alternate summer vacation home as the home we had rented for over 10 years was destroyed by Hurricane Ian in Sanibel. We couldn't have dreamed of a better place to be. The pool was amazing and the owners responded almost immediately to texts, including asking them to turn up the pool temperature. We might just HAVE to make this home are new vacation tradition!

Couldn't ask for anything else...

We jad 10 people (2 families) dueing our stay. The house was larger than what appears in photos. Pools was great... beach was just a short walk and they had plenty of beach toys. Kitchen was stocked and we even used the blow up mattress that was also provded. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Such a fun beach vacation

We had so much fun in this beautiful space for our beach vacation. We've come to Cocoa Beach for years and really enjoyed being further north in Harbor Heights. Seeing the cruise ships leave was amazing. The beach in this area is nice and flat and super safe and fun for the kids especially at low tide. The walk to the beach is shaded which was so nice with little kids in August. The hosts were helpful and the process was easy. The home is well kept and very fun. The furnishings are beachy but also very classy and tasteful. The pool is super fun and the perfect temperature. You can't go wrong with this place.

A Perfect Reprieve from the Freeze

What a wonderful place to bring all our "kids" back under one roof. Very comfortable and clean and so nice to have many of the essentials already onsite (laundry and dish soaps, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels). Beach access is so close and memorable as you walk through a tunnel of mangrove trees. Port area has several great restaurants to watch cruise ships and we saw a SpaceX booster return on its barge. Saw a full launch and return of another Falcon9 rocket. Pool was great, clean and warm. Thank you so much for allowing us to make this our home for a week!

Everything met and/or exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful with very comfortable couches & beds. The kitchen was nice, (but the cookware could use an update and knives could have been sharper). Coffee, fruit & chereios were provided. Nice touch. There was a beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards, & coolers for our use.The walk to the beach was short and the beach was beautiful & not crowded. The pool was refreshing especially after a long day at the beach. We absolutely loved our stay.

Exceeded our expectations by far

I'm generally not fond of staying in VRBO or other vacation rental properties and would prefer to stay at a hotel. However, this property and the property managers made our stay absolutely wonderful! The property managers communicated with us before arrival and they were always quick to respond if we texted or called them. The property itself was beautiful and extremely well maintained and clean. It was a very short and easy walk to the beach and having the private pool to use was a huge plus for all of us. I would HIGHLY recommend this property. We're already talking about coming back next year because we had an amazing time. The property managers ensured that our stay was perfect and it honestly couldn't have been better.

Wonderful Time in Cape Canaveral Despite the Cold Weather

Once again this home was AMAZING!

Why they chose this property

This property is as close to the beach as you get without actually having the foot traffic right outside your door. It is quiet and reclusive yet you can hear the wind and surf.

What makes this property unique

What made me fall in love with this place is its location. Quiet yet only footsteps from the ocean. Where else can you go on the roof and have a 360 panorama view of the entire Port Canaveral area. You can watch cruise ships come and go. You can even watch rocket launches into space without leaving the deck. And the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular.
