Hello! I have been renting out more than 10 years. In 2019, began to rent out part of my house. I listen to the wishes of the guests and gradually make maximum comfort for the residents.
Why they chose this property
Ideal for family trips and accommodation for several days. The house is insulated and cool in the summer. There is a table for 12 people with a canopy on the street. Glade, there is a place where to fry barbecue. A large courtyard where children can play, near a shop, bus stop. Blue spruce trees grow on the site, there are many flowers, there is a place for outdoor recreation. Parking in the yard for several cars. You can right under the window, there is a garage.
What makes this property unique
A popular city district 2 km from the center. Private sector, clean and well maintained. Convenient access from the main street. By car to the city center 5 minutes, on foot - 0.5 hours. Near the Museum of the Battle of Poltava, the famous place of the Battle of Poltava. And of course, a famous monastery is 500 meters away. The house is located on the main street. And the private sector area is well-groomed.
