This Milwaukie Heights studio sits just 10 houses down from the Southeast Park Avenue Max Station. If you choose to drive, you can be in downtown Portland, Lake Oswego, or Clackamas in less than 15 minutes. Book this incredible new property for your Pacific Northwest stay. Whether it be for work or pleasure, you won't find a better option in the area. This studio sits below a three bedroom villa that is rent-able as well. This property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $50 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $100 (2 pets). Long stay due to medical needs

The place served the basic needs. I did not need to use the MAX, but this would have been convenient. I needed to cook there and the kitchen was appreciated, but quite small. I knew that it would have steps down to the door , however there was no lighting until you got down 4 or 5 steps

Nice Studio

It was fine

Our stay was as expected. This place is nothing special but served its purpose. Shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were dirty around the caps. Neighbors upstairs are easily heard. Online emailed information does not match up with paper information at the location. The bed is comfortable and heat works well. Overall, an average experience.

Exactly what we needed

The studio was perfect for my son and I moving my other son into college. It was comfortable and ideal for using the train into Portland and our car for other trips - also right by a bike path. It was a practical, affordable option. Hope to stay again!

Great location.

Good experience. The filter needed to be clean on the AC unit. I did that and the smell that was linger in the place, went away. Very close to happy valley and lake Oswego. The two place we traveled between. Thank you for hassle free stay.

Business trip with comfort

We came to Portland for my fiance's training in town. This VRBO allowed for comfort for me while he was at training and comfort for when he came home. It provided wonderful privacy and we actually felt safe in the area we were in. It is a good 20-30 minute drive to downtown Portland. It was nice to use the washer and dryer, we came home with clean clothes! Enough kitchen utensils also. Wish there were more glasses as there was only one glass with a travel mug with no lid(?). The TV is huge and perfect for movie night! The bed is very comfortable, however the sheets did not stay on very well.

Portland Oregon Studio

Convenient, very clean. However, the back faces the local MAX light rail station and Portland highway 99E which are both extremely noisy. The highway is noisy at all hours. There are several steps to the lower level.

Super clean, great mattress! This place was close in and is really close to 99e and the MAX station however I really couldn’t hear either over the 11 days I was there. Well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. No dishwasher but I was solo so not a lot of dishes to do anyways. Didn’t have any issues, team responded immediately to inquiries and were able to extend me one day without drama. Super hot shower too!

This was our second time staying at this property

New neighbors upstairs were very noisy our last night. Kids running across the floors screaming and yelling after 10 pm. Lots of adult voices and a lot of furniture moving and banging . No insulation between floors and can hear a pin drop. Noise lasted until 2 AM after multiple phone calls and texts to property management without much success. Bring your ear plugs if you want to sleep. Tram and traffic is noisy, but nothing compared to disrespectful renters. Won't be returning to this property location.

Convenient studio apartment

Pros 1. Location to Portland airport and national parks for hiking within 30 minute drive and several wineries 2. Apt size and bed perfect for 2 people and 1 child due to trundle sofa bed 3. Clear instructions check in and checkout 4. Mattress was firm and perfect 5. Parking perfect for one car Cons 1. Two sets of stairs to apt. And in the dark the motion light did not always come on to be able to see the smart lock on the door 2. Kitchen is not fully stocked. We got in at 1 am and didn’t have time to stop at the store for creamer. Would have been nice to have some travel size creamers available in the apt for the morning coffee. There was coffee. There is a spice rack and salt and pepper. 3. Inside kitchen cabinets could be cleaner and better organized 4. There was not any extra bedding or blankets. 5. Noise can be heard from the upstairs guests and the road that is behind the apt and next door neighbors talking outside 6. Each night we came home to the smell of cigarette smoke in the apt from our neighbors smoking 7. The service fee was almost the same as the total price of each nights stay. That’s ridiculous considering we didn’t have pets and there was a lack of amenities in the apt for paying that much in service fee.

Comfortable

We stayed during Labor Day weekend. The place was nice and comfortable but you can hear the noise of the neighbors upstairs. There is was also a small door in the bathroom which was not locked. It looked like space underneath the house and was covered in tarp. It was a little unsettling going to sleep knowing that the door was unlocked. Overall, it was a good stay. Love the big TV. It was nice to relax after the day and watch TV in bed.

Great Stay!

I highly recommend Milwaukie Heights South Studio #4 as a place to stay if you are travelling to Oregon! The studio is in great shape, very clean and contains all added appliances that you may need, i.e. washer/dryer, coffee maker, etc. The team that oversaw this rental are great! They were very communicative as our reservation was approaching as well as throughout our stay. We will definitely be using them again on our next trip there!
