Enjoy a memorable vacation for your family in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/2 bath home by the lake. Three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, while the loft is furnished with 1 full-sized bed and 2 twin-sized beds, all enough to comfortably sleep 10 people. For families with babies, there is a collapsible playpen with sheets for your convenience. The comfy living room and basement bedroom offer Smart TV's with local channels, Firesticks with Netflix, Prime, HBO now, and Sling TV +. WI-FI internet throughout. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all the amenities from home, including a Keurig, panini press, a rice cooker, Ninja blender, plus a BBQ right off the kitchen sliding door. There is ample parking behind the house for 3 cars and 1 permit for street parking. You'll have access to our summer and winter outdoor toys, including adult tandem bikes, hiking kid carrier, umbrella stroller, beach gear, and sleds for sledding Cherry Hill!

Situated across from City Park and City Beach and steps to Downtown, guests can enjoy cruising around town, strolling to Downtown shops and restaurants, hiking Tubbs Hill, taking it easy at City Park, kayaking or paddle boarding the lake, or lounging it up on the beach! And end each day strolling along the beach to watch the sun set on beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake.

Great Place to Stay in Coeur d’Alene’s Fort Mason Area

This home was a great place to stay. An older home remodeled to the comforts of modern day living. We enjoyed the air conditioning the days it was up over 100. Family loved eating outside, then walking to the beach. I would highly recommend this VRBO listing.

Wonderful Weekend Retrear

Absolutely loved this property. It is within walking distance of a beautiful park, the lake, Coeur d’Alene resort, downtown, and several courts for pickleball etc. The unit came stocked with all kinds of water toys and bikes. Slept 9 adults very comfortably. Host replied quickly and was very accommodating. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Ideal Location- Cute Comfy Home

This sweet home worked so well for our family and dog. The location is absolutely incredible and you can walk to everything. The securely fenced yard and A/C units in each bedroom were especially useful. We plan to return to CDA and would love to rent this home again. (We had a small kerfuffle regarding our check in but our host worked to quickly resolve beyond our expectations.)

This home was perfect for us in every way. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the bicycles. The split cooling system was an especially great feature which ensured everyone slept comfortably.

I wish all vacation houses were like this!

This house was perfect for our group of 7. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for meals and adventures to the park and beach. The location is ideal and the city attractions can be reached by foot. Highly recommended.

Amazing location for vacation

House was very comfortable. Location is unbeatable! Some of the bedrooms for kids are a little quirky, but they had so much fun in their sleeping spaces that it kept them occupied! We enjoyed the outdoor eating area a lot as well. We had so much fun with the activities that we did not watch TV, so I can;t comment about infotainment.

They thought of everything!

We had a great stay! The house is adorable and very nicely decorated. The kids had a blast playing the board games and took turns sleeping in the super cool loft bed. :)

Great location next to downtown, the beach, and parks!

Overall, this home had all the amenities we needed to make it a home-away-from-home, and my family was very happy with it. It was very clean, we could find everything easily, and there were no amenities we wanted. Being right across from the Fort Sherman Park was great. The only thing I would caution is for family with young kids: the bedrooms are on 3 different levels, so if a kid wakes up in the middle of the night s/he will have to go up/down stairs to get to the parents; you cannot get from one bedroom to another without encountering stairs. The bedrooms that work best for kids have a step down immediately upon opening the bedroom door. We worked around this through the following: One of the top floor rooms has a queen bed with a little alcove that has a table and chairs for kids. We hauled the twin mattresses from another room and placed them in the alcove and we slept in the queen bed in the same room. The kids loved it, and they are still asking to go back to this house!

Perfect place to stay in Coeur d" Alene!

We like to travel with our children and grandchildren. We usually pick VRBO for our stays and we all agreed that this home was one of our favorites! It was extremely clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood right by the lake. We loved that we could walk to town along the lakeshore to go to dinner every night. The owners are very kind and respond to questions quickly. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

There were six adults and a 2 1/2 old. Plenty of space indoors and out. Walking distance to lake, park, shops and restaurants. Ate delicious meals so saved $$..laughed and made lots of sweet memories. We definitely tent from Flo again! Many thanks

Staycation in Coeur d'Alene

My husband and I, daughter, her husband and their 5 kids, ages 1-10 had a wonderful time. The location was perfect. We could walk to the park, the beach and playground. Kitchen was setup perfect with a big kitchen table with benches where we played board games and ate. Bathrooms updated, clean and stocked well. I forgot my pillow which i travel with but the pillows and linens were soft! Each room had an air conditioner which was nice! I would recommend this property and we can't wait to return!

Prime CDA location

Prime CDA location The house is steps away from the park and beach and walking distance to shops and dining. Everything needed for a day at the beach is available for use, including a wagon! The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Some low thresholds so those over 6’2 need to be very careful passing through. The yard is fenced and does share access with another rental. Flo was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Excellent!

We second a previous review - the owners HAVE thought of everything! The house is nicely furnished, the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes to cook and feed a family, and the fridge even had some standard condiments! It snowed when we were there, and I received a text from the owner saying they'd be there soon to shovel the walk. Maybe this is standard, but in my opinion it was above and beyond, and much appreciated. Oh, and the bath towels! My husband checked the brand so we could buy some. =)

The house has a lot of character. It seems to be a bit old but very clean. It looks as if the bathrooms and kitchen have be remolded recently. It was great they had a Kerig and a supply of coffee. They also had two bottles of water in each bedroom upon our arrival. There are only two negatives.... The kitchen table is not the best set up for playing cards and there were no baking dishes. We made a coffee cake and a breakfast casserole and had to go to the store to get some foil pans. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, great location

We went to parks, played pickleball, walked downtown, hung out at the lake, hiked on Tubbs hill, ate dinner on back deck. We had everything we needed. There were some water toys and bikes in shed. There were good instructions for all of it! We would stay here again. It is great for Families of all ages except for people who can't do any stairs. The AC was so appreciated this August!!! House had all the amenities we needed! Very Minor things for owner to know. None of these things affected our stay. -VRBO had an issue and sent me instructions for another house. I didn't get the key code to open house until I contacted owner and they had to text me and get message sent again. -bikes were not a necessity obviously and only a perk, but they do need a tune-up. We had fun riding the tandems either way though. -BBQ had not been cleaned for a long time in our opinion. We wanted to use it, so we cleaned it up. -the stove cover below microwave fell off. It was held up by tape. We just had to retape it to stay. -glass sliding door was hard to open and close. Might be hard for an older person. -when we were at the house, we didn't lock the outer door. But that's the only way the outer front door would stay closed. There is an inner door, so it stayed cool in house still. Thank you for sharing your home. 🙂

We fell in love with this property upon first sight. We knew that it would make the perfect getaway for people visiting Coeur d'Alene because of its balance of old charm and modern upgrades that blend together well. The biggest plus to this home is the location, a few homes up from City Beach and across the street from City Park, making it just a few steps to everything Downtown Coeur d'Alene!
