Welcome to Las Vegas! This awesome 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Las Vegas is
the perfect luxurious getaway just miles from all the excitement of the Las
Vegas Strip, UNLV and Las Vegas airport. Make yourself at home and enjoy a
gourmet kitchen, pool table, sparkling swimming pool in the backyard and more!
You are going to have a great time here!
Fun in the sun awaits you in this 2,027 square feet newly upgraded Vegas home!
Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 baths located minutes from the excitement of the
famous Las Vegas strip, super close to Downtown Las Vegas, close to the
airport and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you
need to feel right at home. A fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher,
coffee maker + Keurig, and so many other appliances opens up to the dining
room and living rooms.
The living room and kitchen open up to the patio and allowing for effortless
indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs, BBQ,
seated areas for sitting and eating!
All of our bedrooms have brand new mattresses and high end luxury linens to
ensure you get a great nights rest.
The house is further polished with:
-Fast Wifi connectivity (I made fast, reliable Wifi a priority)
-Washer and dryer on-site
-Fresh linens, towels, soaps & shampoos
-Upstairs/downstairs A/C
-Fully loaded kitchen with all the appliances
-Pool table
-Sparkling swimming pool for nonstop outdoor fun!

The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew
that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is
keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock
and you're in :)
We have two security cameras in the exterior of our house to help monitor
packages and mail.
Please note, this home is a licensed short term Rental- 13.5% tax is due on
total nightly rate. This tax is separate from lodging rate.
You will be provided with a combination code to unlock the front door.
## IMPORTANT: please read and agree to all house rules.
— Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate
requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such
requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have
other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need
around 5 hours.

\- Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any
serious illness should consult a doctor before entering hot tub
