Good But Could Be Better

This property is in a great location with ready access to freeways, major thoroughfares, Fremont Street & The Strip. It was clean throughout. Bedrooms & living spaces were spacious & comfortable. There was ample parking. Each room had a fully functional television. The Wi-Fi service was excellent. All appliances were fully functional. The sofas were in need of repair. One had a broken arm that repeatedly fell off & the cushions on the other needed to be replaced or recovered. The property was described as having a BBQ grill available but it was not ready for use. There were several annoyances. After several days we learned that to engage the electronic door lock you had to press the door closed. There was a problem with one of the bedroom sink drains that prevented the basin from draining. It was immediately addressed by the owner, but shortly after the repair the problem recurred. We elected not to report it a second time. Light bulbs were out over the pool table, in the refrigerator and over the double sink vanity. Not all the jets in the hot tub were functional. There was consensus that the pool table should be repositioned to allow it to be fully utilized. More hand and face towels should be available. Me and my girlfriend each had one face towel and shared one hand towel for a week. There should’ve been two face towels, and two hand towels in each bathroom.

Awesome Stay!

My friends and I came in from out of town for a music festival we attend annually and we absolutely loved staying here! The amenities were great, the location was good, the host was very communicative and kind. Would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved our stay!

We stayed here for part of our spring break! It was so fun! Pon was amazing. She was super quick to answer all our questions. Our power went out due to the wind and she was so nice to keep us updated as to when it would come back on! The kids loved the pool and hot tub! Super quick and easy check in and out process! We will be returning!

Beautiful home

Me and my family loved this home. The property manager was so helpful and so sweet. She made our vacation amazing she has such a beautiful home perfect for children. When we come back to Las Vegas we will be renting this property again or one of her others. Check-in process was easy. Las Vegas Strip not far from the home grocery stores not far from the home. This vacation home is in a perfect area not around the busy strip but not far at all from the strip. Thank you so much for giving us a chance to stay in your beautiful home it was perfect

Amazing place!!!

We stayed here for some of our spring break and it was so fun!! Just what our family needed! Pon is the sweetest person ever! Great Stay. Needs some repairs

Property manager and experience was great! Upon inspecting the house, I noticed quite a few fixtures ripped or hanging out of the wall. Flooring was was ripped up in the thresholds of some doorways as well. With some investment in fixing/maintenance, this good house could be great.

Fabulous property

My husband had a guys trip with family. They enjoyed this property so much. The owner Pon was very responsive and kind. Part of the family loved this property so much they hung out there more than going on the strip!

It was amazing!

Everything was ready and getting in was a breeze. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pool table in our down time. Plenty of beds with rollaways and air mattresses if needed. Beds were very comfortable and it was great for all 8 of us to hang together when we were tired of the strip. The location at the top of the strip put us near to Fremont also and Ubers and cabs made it a 5 to 10 minute trip wherever we wanted to go. Palace Station was in walking distance and lots of food choices nearby. We had some groceries delivered from Albertsons which made breakfast and snacks/drinks easy. Would definitely do Vegas this way again!

Pon was the best host ever

We had such an amazing time! The owner of the house was the best! She made us the best fried rice I have ever had! The beds were comfy. The house was very clean. The pool was fantastic. Ac worked fabulous! I actually got cold at night. I only have 1 complaint, the refrigerator didn’t work that great. But other than that everything was amazing. Thanks again Pon for a great weekend getaway

Your perfect home in Vegas

The house was clean and arranged well. We arrived at midnight but the property manager was still responding without any hesitation and very prompt with her work. The hot tub and pool worked very well and was well maintained. The kitchen had basic necessaries for any family to stay along with utensils.. 100% recommend this for your family.

A-MAZ-ING

This house and location was absolutely perfect for out bachelor/bachelorette party in Vegas. Close to the strip ans every amenity imaginable. Plus the beds were so comfortable. And the best part was Pon, property owner, she was quick to respond to all questions and communicated well making sure all our needs were met. I hope anyone looking for a good timebin Vegas stays here because this home and Pon made our trip a 10/10!

Awesome Property and Location

I 100% recommend staying here! Property manager was super friendly and very accommodating. The house is amazing! More than enough room and a very fun space. The location is right off the strip and not too much traffic. You can get any where within 5-10 minutes

Wonderful Communication With Host!

As the title explains, the communication with the host was excellent, they responded quickly and were flexible with check in and check out time which was very helpful! There was some issues with things seeming to be better kept then in reality, small and not big deals but not the highest quality. Such as, the paint job in the house seemed like was only half done with painters tape in the main rooms just hanging from the ceiling still, three different ceiling fans didn’t work at all, and lastly the AC on the bed side of the house did not seem to work nearly as well as the other unit for the master; meaning the other bed room were warmer and made for not the best of sleep. The house had a wonderful location being only minutes from the strip and downtown Vegas; the neighborhood it was located in a very high end area and all homes were kept up nicely. I would recommend this property to anyone and would also recommend that the host make some much needed improvements!

close to evrything

I arrived as the pools was being cleaned per our request. while the west coast was experiencing record highs, the house air conditioning system kept us nice and comfortable. the property was within 2 miles off the strip and minutes of the expressway. we spend most of the time in the pool grilling steaks. Thanks Pon for the rice cooker :)
