The Space:
The expansive windows sweeping around the back of the house bathe the open plan living area in natural light and provide relaxing views of the very private back yard with large, solar heated swimming pool, spacious deck and outdoor shower. By the poolside also boasts a fully equipped and sheltered outdoor kitchen with BBQ, sink, bar fridge and dining for 8-10.
Enjoy access to the poolside from the Master Bedroom tucked away at the back of the property, with Queen bed, WIR, and ensuite with toilet, double shower and handbasin.
The entrance to this stylish home leads to the front hall flanked by the first 3 bedrooms. To the right are Bedrooms 4 and 3 both with Queen beds; to the left is Bedroom 1 with two sets of single bunk beds. The Main Bathroom has a bath and shower, hand basin and separate toilet; and the laundry with washing machine has access to outside.
A perfect spot for an easy, comfortable holiday in style with high quality linen provided, ducted heating, comfortable furniture, free Wifi, and loads of space for the whole family to enjoy.
Holiday feasts are a joy to prepare on the 5 burner gas stove-top in the user friendly and open kitchen equipped with plenty of kitchen and cookware as well as pantry basics. A large island bench & stools, Aldi coffee machine, and dishwasher add some simple and convenient pleasures.
Beside the kitchen is the first lounge area with couches around the fireplace - a perfect place to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and conversation. Separated by a half-wall is the 8-seater dining setting, and theatre lounge with comfy couch, large flat screen TV, iPod doc, and double door access to the poolside.
To the right of the garage (the garage is unavailable for guest use) is a spot tailored to boat parking, and the driveway offers space enough to park 2 cars.
This house has ducted heating but no Air conditioning.
The Pool is Solar Heated and although this is effective in the warmer months of November to March there is no real heating effect from approximately April to October as it relies upon the longer and warmer days for the solar system to effectively heat.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.

- David was a fantastic host. He was very understanding and accommodating to our needs. David communicated well and replied quickly. We booked this listing over the long weekend for me and some of my mates. Checking in was a breeze. The initial viewing of the house upon entry was breath taking. The house was well suited for nine guests. The fireplace was perfect for staying warm during the cold nights. It was a shame that we didn't use the pool as it was winter, however we will definitely want to come back during the warmer months. This listing had three queen sized rooms and a room with two bunk beds. Our favourite feature of the house was the outdoor barbecue, it was made for an awesome dinner - good food and drinks, and company. Couldn't ask for a better time here in Rye. Overall this listing was value for money, well located with hiking trails and shops nearby, and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking to book a place in Rye for a group.
