Full size kitchen with dishwasher and double door fridge. There is a modern bathroom on this level and 3 bedrooms, all with double beds.

Downstairs is externally accessed and caters for the teenagers or the extended family with an open plan studio feel. This space is equipped with its own kitchenette, dining and living area with TV, lounge and a separate queen fold out day bed. A bathroom with shower and toilet plus the laundry is also on this level.
