The upstairs level features an air-conditioned living/dining area that opens onto the front balcony with retractable awning, capturing the beautiful ocean breeze. Full size kitchen with dishwasher and double door fridge. There is a modern bathroom on this level and 3 bedrooms, all with double beds.
Downstairs is externally accessed and caters for the teenagers or the extended family with an open plan studio feel. This space is equipped with its own kitchenette, dining and living area with TV, lounge and a separate queen fold out day bed. A bathroom with shower and toilet plus the laundry is also on this level.

The house is in a great location close to lagoon & beach. It is nicely presented with a yard for pets. 4 stars because it was good value with the weekly discount. An upgrade to the air-conditioning would make it more enjoyable on hot days.
We had 8 nights at this property. The location was excellent - being a flat, short walk to the lagoon and the beach. The upstairs and downstairs is connected by an external staircase which was fine when it didn't rain but wasn't that convenient when we had a few days of constant rain. Overall however we had a really pleasant stay.
This is a perfectly fine property - especially if you plan to spend most of your time at the beach. Very well located close to the lagoon and shops also. We had a lovely week's stay. Super basic though, no leftover tea, sugar etc from other guests - cupboards completely bare unlike some other similar properties. The aircon is very old and doesn't really cope well with the needs of the space - especially on very hot days. There are also a few maintenance issues, but nothing the significantly impacted our stay. There is a pod machine (not listed), there is no dryer (listed) and there are 4 sleeping spaces - although the studio is only accessible from outside the building. Overall good value for money, but very basic.
We had a fantastic get away at this property. The location is amazing - 2mins stroll to the lagoon and beach. Short walk up to the local shops as well.
We were glad the weather wasn't as hot as it normally is over Christmas as the Air-conditioning unit would not have been able to cope with the normal summer heat also the standing fans supplied in the bedrooms were very dirty and rusty so not usable.
Overall fantastic stay, would 100% recommend.
We had a great time staying by the beach, the house is within walking distance to the lagoon, shops and cafes. The house was spacious with all amenities we could possibly need. Huge back yard for the kids and dog too!
