The lower level of the property houses the open plan living and dining space with well equipped huge kitchen. One queen bedroom with a modern ensuite and one bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom with a bath is on this level.
On the upper level are two queen bedrooms with ocean views, two singles beds upstairs and a small tv nook. A large modern bathroom services these bedrooms. A second living area with large TV, large variety of books and games and a magnificent view.
Both levels are air-conditioned. Two large decks, perfect for relaxing. There is also a spare gas bottle kept in the garage for the BBQ. WiFi is connected.
Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
