PLANTATION HOME - Gulf views and Private Pool
Located in the exclusive St. George Island Plantation, a private gated community, and only 1.5 blocks from the beach (less than a 5 minute walk), "Lefty's Jewel" has beautiful gulf views, and sits secluded with a private pool.
Three bedrooms, each with its own private bath, provide comfortable sleeping for 6 (1 CA King, 1 queen, 2 twins). Each bedroom has a TV with a Roku and balcony access. All bathrooms were just recently renovated and carpeting just updated (April 2025). The master bath suite has a luxurious double walk-in shower for two.
The exterior boasts a private pool, complete with a tanning shelf (aka kiddie pool).
The expanded main deck provides additional living space. The outdoor shower allows for convenient rinsing after a sandy trip to the beach.
Strictly a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - inside and outside of the home.
The Plantation, a private, gated community at the west end of the island offers 24/7 security. The Plantation has a clubhouse, 2 community pools, a fitness center, pickle ball courts and 3 tennis courts for your enjoyment. There are also over 5 miles of paved bike/walking trails.
OCCUPANCY - Strict 6 person max capacity.
*Peak seasons and holidays may have a minimum night stay requirement.
NOTE - Our home employs a Nest doorbell for security.
