You can't go wrong with this three bedroom / two bath home from Rent On Padre. It is an old school beach house, but nothing inside is old. This beautiful house is where you want to spend your vacation.

Check out the gorgeous layout. The Master bedroom is a king size bed. The Second bedroom has a queen. The last bedroom has both a full size bed and a bunk bed. This bunk has a full on the bottom and a twin on top. Both sofas in living area fold down to sleep 2 additional people. This house sleeps a total of 11 people.

This house is on stilts. Under the house you will find a wonderful picnic area. even in the heat of summer, it still feels cool under here. There is an enclosed back yard too. You also get a fabulous back porch and front porch too.

Linens and bath towels are provided. The Kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything you need for your home away from home.

Great Location and Nice Place

This is a nice place to stay at. Very close to the beach and HEB. Property managers kept a great communication with us before and during the trip. The water heater did turned off a few times due to recent flash flood that affected power in the area, but the owner was quick with helping us getting the heater back on. We would come back again for future visits. Thank you, Rent On Padre! :)

The perfect place to stay for a group of friends

Very clean property, perfectly accurate to the online listing. The place is situated perfectly in the island between the beach and downtown, our group had a blast!

Best SPI Rental

6 of us stayed with our dogs and the accommodations, setting, setup, amenities, kitchen, EVERYTHING was best we've ever had in SPI. Huge deck in the front and the back with great location and quiet nights. Short walk to beach, outdoor showers, enclosed yard for the pets, just overall perfect experience. Unexpected bonus was the Dollar General across the parking lot which had all the groceries and supplies we could need. Sounds funny but it was so convenient. Senior Donkey was also about 100y away and their seafood botana platter feeds the entire family. Just a great place to have everything you need and spend all your time relaxing and having fun.

Very charming

We really loved this house for our long weekend in SPI. We were 6 adults and the open floor plan made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms are nice. There’s a decent sized fenced yard. The patio area is not fancy, but it’s functional. Two outside showers came in very handy. The walk to the beach is about 2 blocks, so not bad. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our time.

This house was a great place to stay! The location is great with so many options for beaches right by you and a resteraunt right across the street! Outside area was great to hang out in and inside was super cozy. Check in process was super easy as well with just a door code!

Great beach stay

The Esperanza house was a terrific getaway home. The location was perfect, very clean and spacious and everything worked. We simply loved the enclosed backyard for our fur babies. We did have an issue with the back fence, but it was resolved that same day. Response time was quick. We all simply loved our stay and look forward to staying in the future. Thanks again!

The house is built on stilts as many SPI homes are due to the hurricane risk. This creates some undulating flooring (as noted in other reviews), which I thought was pretty fun. The house was well equipped and clean, and served our needs and then some. I would definitely stay here again.

House needs alot of work, seems to be skiding into disrepair. Sad, because it's such a Great place and we live it. We stayed there fir a week in Oct. "Insta Hot" water heating system was not working. We just stayed again last week for a long weekend and it's still not working properly. You have hot water just long enough to get soaped up and then straight cold!!! It seems to then come and go, so you spend your entire shower getting scalded or frozen out!!! Arrived to the house and dishwasher was open and on, closed the door to the dishwasher and water began poiring out of the left side all over the kitchen floor. House has settled so much the deadbolts in the bedrooms that access the backyard deck to not work. You are left with just the doorknob lock as security for the outer bedroom doors. House needs some TLC!!!!

Thanksgiving 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I spent a week here over Thanksgiving. The house was plenty of room for us all and the fenced off yard was perfect for our dog who also loved the front porch which has a roll gate. He spent so much time out there just laying and watching the people and cars go by. The house was well equipped for 5 guests, and the kitchen was easy to manuveuver and cook in. Super easy walk to the beach I recommend the Butterfly Garden beach access, but Poinsettia has lovely vegetation around the board walk so we alternates. Wanna Wannas beach bar was a easy beach walk from the house. It's right in walking distance to multiple restaurants and an ice cream place. Personally my favorite thing about the place was the original art. I spent a lot of time in the mornings sipping coffee and looking at the paintings. We would definitely stay here again.
