Location Location Location! Two story grandma house with three bedrooms and one bath for rent one block east of Wash Park. Million dollar homes on this block. This a one of the original homes in this area! Lots of antique charm and character of a century old home, wood floors, beautiful fireplace, claw foot tub and vintage sink, updated black and white tiled kitchen floor. No garage but plenty of street parking, fenced in yard, pantry and washer/dryer in basement. If you want a great location, and a house with a lot of character, this is the house! No smoking, no pets. This house is for someone who wants the location of one block away from Wash Park, loves the old charm of a grandma home, and wants to make this their very own home.
