Located in an exclusive tucked away neighborhood with a private beach across the street, this spacious home fully outfitted with everything you need; this beach house ensures that you and your whole family enjoys a peaceful getaway on the ocean. Pompano Beach, located just north of Ft. Lauderdale Beach, is world-renowned for the big game fishing and stunning beaches. Live the true Florida Lifestyle. The backyard is very comfortable and clean, has ample seating, a heated large pool with spa, TIKI Hut with outdoor dining and featuring a gas grill.
The house is located walking distance from fleet deep sea fishing boats and Hillsboro Inlet were you can fish on your own with fishing poles we are supplying in our house, we also have all kind of beach toys, bikes ,wagon to take your toys to the beach ,chairs and towels. Our beach is private with the gate access.

Every room in the house has Smart TV, high speed internet and cable

Kitchen: The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and overlooks the common family room. The kitchen is well-stocked with the cookware and tools necessary to prepare food with plates and silverware for maximum occupancy. The kitchen is equipped with a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, pots and pans, glassware, dishwasher, and state of the art stainless steel appliances. The formal dining table off the foyer seats 10. There is additional 3 bar stools in the kitchen area.

Bedrooms: The bedrooms are perfectly positioned to promote privacy off the common area. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-sized bed and sleeper sofa. The second guest bedroom has a king-sized bed. The Third bedroom has queen mattress. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. The fifth bedroom has a futon. All rooms are equipped with smart Tv’s.

Bathrooms: The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The bedroom with the King and queen bed shares a bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a shared area bathroom that sits adjacent from the bedroom off the living room with a standing shower.

Other Amenities: Home has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Paradise

Spring break with the family. The property/location was beautiful and the host was amazing. The private beach was a big hit with the kids and was only a short walk from the house. Definitely would rent again.

Great Location

Fabulous location, neighborhood. Going to private beach area with one key fob for the group is a bit of a bother. Pool area and fence need some TLC. Toy box for pool is filthy and lawn chairs for beach need replaced. Great neighborhood for strolling and we had a great time! Just need a little attention to the appearance. Floating stairs and lack of hand rail was definitely not child friendly. A bit scary with a toddler.

Great Stay

Fantastic neighborhood and property. Some normal wear and tear showing in places expected of a rental, but was clean upon arrival and comfortable. Beach is easiliy accessible, and pool area was great. Only downside, specific to an older group of seniors, was lack of hand railings for pool and staircase but this would not keep me from staying again.

Great location and spacious home

This place has it all, location is great, private beach access 150 yards from the house, wonderful pool and hot tub and very comfortable beds. Everything we needed was there and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. A wonderful place within walking distance of several restaurants. Because of it’s location right off of A1A you can take a short drive and be at Deerfield beach and all of the restaurants in that area as well.

We were a party of 5 celebrating a retirement. The house was perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to private beach. Also short walk to a few cute restaurants. Excellent communication from the host.

Spacious and family-friendly VRBO in Pompano Beach with a private pool and hot tub that were a hit with kids. Convenient short walk to the beach with nearby private entrances. Minor initial issue resolved quickly by a responsive management team. Located in a quiet, safe, and secluded neighborhood. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Family getaway

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 3-6). The property was clean and kids had a blast in the pool. There were lots of pool and beach toys for the kids and even an extra carseat to use if needed. We had an iguana come visit the pool ledge one morning and poop. The owner responded immediately and it was taken care of quickly. All in all, we enjoy our stay and would recommend!

Great beach vacation

This house is very close to a beautiful private beach. It has calm waters for snorkeling and shelling, with the light house nearby. We have stayed here twice and really love it because of the beach experience. The neighborhood is also a plus and the house is well appointed, has everything we need!

Perfect Florida beach getaway

My whole family from different states all meet here to spend sometime together. It was the perfect set up. We all had room to our self and also room to all spend time together in the same area. The pool and jacuzzi were a hit for both the kids and adults. We were able to bbq and dine together at a large table outside. The beach was great and not busy at all! Quite safe neighborhood and the perfect summer getaway.

Perfect location! Had everything for a large family. Pool and hot tub were great, beach is super close, house temperature was great, well stocked with all necessities, communication with hosts was quick and easy. Lovely home and neighborhood was great- very quiet and we felt safe.

We love the beach!

It was a good area. The walk to the beach was not bad. Hot tub not working second night but they got it fixed the next day. Didn't explain where beach access is or the trick with getting the front door to close. No dish rags, only 2 dish towels Could use some updates like others said Someone just showed up the second day to clean pool, no heads up given and they came in the back door. My sisters were in their pajamas. Oven not working but they got it fixed the next day. Contract says not to set ac below 70...really? AC actually wasn't working our last evening and night so it was a hot night.

If you want to get away from the crowds, this is the place to go great neighborhood

I would have to say it was a five stars. Everything was great. there are two private gates to the beach which was nice.

Loved it!

After renting many times through VRBO in the past, this was, by far, our favourite house. We’ve booked it again for next year. Private gated beach access that is dog-friendly only 4 houses down the street - listing and photos are accurate - well equipped kitchen - 3 good restaurants an easy walk away - shady back yard - a few mechanical issues; some resolved and some not.

Great Vacation

This was a great house and vacation spot for our family of nine. The entire experience was well managed and the house was exactly as described. All problems were handled quickly. The house was close to the beach and boogie boards, chairs, a cart, bicycles and beach toys were available for our use. The heated pool/spa was great and the house was well equipped with all necessary kitchen essentials, bedding, bath towels and beach towels. Check-in and out was well-explained and they didn't ask us to do too much. Essentially, a breeze. We couldn't have had a better experience.
