Blue Lagoon on Canal

Welcome to the "Blue Lagoon on the Canal". Located in Mariner's Cove and comprises of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom including ensuite master bedroom with its own private pool over looking the canal and own private jetty.
The space
The house is newly constructed with rendered brick and tile. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishing and segmented with glass panels that take advantage of the panoramic views of the pool overlooking the canal. This property is sure to entertain and be enjoyed by everyone.
Bedding configuration consists of 3 Queen beds and 2 King Single beds with ducted heated/cool air conditioning through out makes it comfortable sleeping for 8 people.
Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen includes a scullery or use the outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun and have a dip in the pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided.
This house is designed to entertain family & friends of all ages including children. A portable cot & high chair provided.
Outside:
The whole backyard outside area is paved and is fully fenced by glass panels.
The front of the house is fenced with aluminium slats with some grassed area that is reticulated and some paving.
The house has a lock up double garage with a sectional remote controlled door.
This property has CCTV security system around the perimeter of the house.

Great house for hot summers days
Nice clean house with great access to the nearby boat ramp and easy to get to everything by boat. Great house for hot summer days having the pool. Was high 30 degree days when we stayed and the pool kept us cool in the afternoons. Nice cold air con inside also!

Family Christmas on the canal
We had a wonderful Christmas stay in the canal house, the house was really comfortable and superbly equipped with everything we could need. The house was lovely and the pool was warm and the kids had a great time in it every day. We would definitely stay again. Our only little improvement suggestion would be a couple of sunloungers but the outside furniture was really comfy. Thank you

Blue lagoon on the canals
We had a great stay at this property. The pool was a big hit with our little kids. Davinia was also very good at keeping us informed and helping with any problems. Would happily stay again!

Blue Lagoon- great getaway
We loved staying at the Blue Lagoon property- it was the perfect location and space to enjoy with family and friends. The property manager was excellent with communication and very accommodating to our requests. I would definitely recommend and would love to visit again in the future!

Really amazing property
We had a lovely stay. Property had everything we needed. We loved fishing off the little private jetty and canoeing the canals. We were even lucky seeing some dolphins. Will definitely be back.

Great location and ammenities for our 10 day stay. A broken dishwasher was promptly dealt with and fixed via a text to Davinia. The owner was contacted and he immediately replaced the dishwasher. Pool was lovely. Highly recommend.

Ladies Weekend Away
We were a group of 6 friends spending the weekend away. The house was as described and ticked all of the boxes. We would definitely recommend and are even looking at booking again next year. Just a small suggestion, it would be great if there was an outdoor umbrella or some sort of shade sail over part of the pool as when we stayed it was a 40 degree day, so hard to sit in the pool for any length of time with no shade. Other than that we absolutely loved it. Thank you

We had a wonderful 10 day family stay at Blue Lagoon. The house overlooks the canal in Mariners Cove. The house provided us with a spacious outdoor area with a lovely warm pool. Ammenities inside were sufficient however for the nightly rate during the peak Xmas/January period I would recommend to the property manger to insist on a higher standard of cleanliness. The house could also be best served by more than one television and television area, access to a remote garage control and maintence to the pool gate as it failed to close at times. I did have an initial reservation on the NO REFUND policy when first booking— particularly during Covid. Perhaps this needs addressing?’Great memories of our 2022 holiday.
