Alstan Family Beach House
Come and enjoy this family beach house only 100 metres walk to Coolum Main Beach and shops. Sleeps 6 people. Families can enjoy their own space and spread out over two levels with decks and indoor/outdoor dining options on both levels.
First level consists of open plan living dining area leading out onto large covered deck. Kitchenette on this level with sink, bar fridge, tea making facilities and microwave. Bathroom and toilet combined. Main King size bedroom with built in wardrobes. Air Conditioning and split cycle heating throughout all bedrooms and living areas for your comfort or open up the screened security windows to catch the sea breezes.
Children's bedroom with two single beds and built in wardrobes also on this level.
Second level comprises of a Queen size bedroom/Parents' retreat with built in wardrobes and separate toilet and bathroom adjoining. Shower and spa bath in this bathroom.
Main kitchen on second level with ocean glimpses is well equipped with all items including electric oven and stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Digital TV's on both levels. DVD player available.Indoor and outdoor eating options on both levels.
Fully fenced courtyard area with external shower and toilet to rinse off after a day at the beach. Double lock up garage with off street parking for guests. Laundry in garage area with dryer, iron and ironing board available. All bed linen and towels are supplied at this property. Beach towels not supplied.
Coolum Main Beach is ideal for swimming and surfing and is patrolled all year round. An easy walk for the whole family. Leave the car at home! Only 5 minutes drive to the local supermarkets or cafes.Pergian Beach is 10 minutes drive and Noosa is only 25 minutes drive away. Coolum is 90 minutes drive from Brisbane.
This property must not be used for any parties,functions,schoolies gatherings,weddings or unlawful purposes.Penalties will apply if this clause is not adhered to.
