** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups (we do not accept bookings made up of 10 adults) ** We do not permit pets.

Retreat 95 is the ideal in relaxed, indoor/outdoor living. The outdoor area is to envy with solar heated swimming pool, spa and relaxed seating areas so that you can enjoy the outdoor space. There is a large open planned kitchen, dining and living room that opens to a central outdoor alfresco room with an outdoor kitchen, comfy couches and a dining table.

This spacious family home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - one with a bath, 2 living rooms with large TVs, both with Foxtel IQ and DVD players, and Playstation4. There is also free WiFi.

There's ducted heating/cooling throughout to make your stay comfortable at any time of year. There is a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, and you have use of the double garage which has a table tennis table, dart board and extra fridge.

All of this within a short walk to the foreshore and the Sorrento Sailing Couta Club via Tuckey Track.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION - 4 BEDROOMS - SLEEP 10 PEOPLE

1st bedroom - king sized bed, WIR, ensuite, Telstra TV (ie you can watch Netflix)

2nd bedroom - king sized bed, BIR

3rd bedroom - queen sized bed, BIR, TV

4th bedroom - 2 x king single bunks (ie sleeps 4 people)

Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective.

Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings (surcharge applies).

Perfect for families and groups

We used the house for family and getting ready for our wedding, it was the perfect setup to accommodate everyone. We did need to contact the owners during our stay and they were very helpful

Beautiful Getaway

A beautiful property with everything you need and more! The place was very spacious and relaxing with games, pool and spa. The kids had a ball spending the days playing in the pool and with the fun games provided.

Amazing property

We had such a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. It had absolutely everything we needed and the house was very spacious. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor areas with an outdoor fridge in the bbq area and a beautiful sitting area on the pool side. The pool and spa both heated up quickly and were absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great girls weekend property

We were a group of mostly 50+ yr old ladies desperately in need of a weekend away after Covid. The property was spacious and comfortable with a number of living areas. We were lucky to have good weather so made good use of the outdoor spaces, spa and pool. The property was clean with comfy beds, great location and good to have a coffee pod machine. All in all it was a fabulous property would definitely book again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Entertainment for all ages

Booked this holiday house with 4 adults and 4 children, house was more than big enough to entertain us all. It was very clean, great outdoor entertainment area, even though during our stay it was raining and really windy we were able to keep all the kids happy with wide selection of movies, board games and activities in the garage. Will definitely be booking this place again during our next stay!!

Great tome at a great place

We loved staying at this place. The pool is great and then when you have finished and want to relax there are just so many places in the house to do that. Everything was easy to use and we cant wait to go back again

This house answered all of our needs. The pool was great, as was the many living areas and kids wing of the house. Hosts were great to deal with and a small plumbing issue was fixed within the hour (at a very busy time for trades in the area - so very impressive). Thank you

Perfect for a Mum's weekend away

We were a group of 7 Mums who came down to stay for 3 nights for an end of year break, catch up and general drinking of wine lol. This property was perfect to fit everyone in, giving everyone some space. The location was great, nice and close to Sorrento main street, but with a pool, spa, games room, huge comfy couches, amazing outdoor areas, we really didn't find much need to explore the area at all! Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!

Very clean and comfortable house

We stayed at this house over Christmas and really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and well designed. The two living areas, games room in the garage, alfresco/bbq space, outdoor pool and spa were all utilsed. Three bathrooms were very practical and the beds were really comfortable. The WiFi was also very good. FYI to whom it may concern, I would check that all the spa jets are working as we seemed to have a problem getting them all to work. The pool became very dirty by the end of our stay as we were unable to use the pool cover due to weeds and dirt over it. We tried our best to keep it clean.. apart from those two minor things, I highly recommend this house as it is in an excellent location, close drive to shops with some nice walking tracks nearby. I would stay here again.
