LARGE NEW 2-BEDROOM SUITE IN LIBERDADE - AV PAULISTA / HOSPITALS
My apartment is new and cozy
Ideal for those who like comfort and practicality.
The decor is modern and clean.
The apartment is very bright, airy and functional.
The view is stunning for those who enjoy a large metropolis. From the balcony you can see most of the city and the towers of Av. Paulista.
The lighting in some spaces is dimmed making the environment very cozy.
The condo is only 3 years old. The Concierge has 24 hour security.
In the living room we have a double sofa bed that sleeps 2 very comfortable people.
In the next room we have a space that I call home office with a view of the towers of Avenida Paulista.

There are also typical grocery stores with products from the region where sushi and sashimi dishes are found at inviting prices.
Malls and museums are around the entire neighborhood.
The neighborhood is large and has 300,000 inhabitants, rich and poor.
Close to excellent entertainment and culture options such as Teatro Abril, Mercado Municipal, Teatro Municipal, Light malls and Patio Paulista. Next also on March 25th.
