The king beds can be transformed to 4 long single beds if necessary.
The beds and mattresses are brand new. We also provide complimentary high quality linen and towels.
The main kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooktop, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine.
The house has 2 garages available for the guests. Also, there is plenty of off street parking available in front of the house. There is also space for a boat.
The property is ideal for families or groups of up to 10 people who are looking for a relaxing and/or active holiday.
The house is located only a 5 minute walk to the lake and a 10 minute walk to the city centre.

Why they chose this property
We used to rent the property every season for a week during the ski season, and we liked the property very much. The property has nice architecture as well as great district views to the lake and neighbourhood.
What makes this property unique
The property has nice lake view and outlook. Also we have furnished it so it has a worm feeling. We have lot's of heaters for the cold winter and aircon for the summer month as well as excellent hot water system.
Having 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 living areas, the property can accommodate comfortably large groups.
