What is the cancellation policy?
Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:

WESTIN Resorts
Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation fee of $ 50 regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.

61 days plus from check in = 100% refund - $50 cancellation fee
60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellation + $50 cancellation fee

This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

The Recreation Pool is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., the water slide from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the Relaxation Pool 24 hours daily. Pool use at The Westin Kierland Resort may be limited in periods of high use by resort guests.
Villa guest access to the pools at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa maybe restricted in times of high demand.* Access will be unavailable from April 4, through April 10, 2023.
