We have regular guests each January-March but otherwise- We are pleased to offer our beautifully remodeled condo! Please note absolutely no pets due to HOA.. Our property is pet allergen free-
Our sunny, northwest facing, top floor, two bedroom/ two bath unit offers you the perfect retreat! Enjoy the stunning view of ocean life and St. Pete across the gorgeous intercostal water. Watch the boats come in to the marina.. Relax at the pool and hot tub. Quiet golf club retirement neighborhood. About 1.5 miles to the Don Cesar at St Pete Beach, at the turnoff to Tierra Verde and Fort Desoto. Enjoy privacy and views while Dune Nothin' takes your cares away.
We are well stocked with all the basics, updated cable tvs, washer/dryer, wifi, and more.
La Puerta is a community of permanent and winter residents and their guests. The natural beauty and quality of the facilities are well managed. In order to ensure this quality of life that makes this island so special, the rentals are a one month minimum. It is a perfect retreat from cold winter climates.
You'll enjoy the serenity of the top floor of the building (no one above! No walkways by our windows!). Elevator access and an assigned parking spot add to the ease.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed and dressing area with walk in closet, cable tv, as well as a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds. Noone will be walking past either bedroom window in this corner unit!
The living room features large sliding glass doors onto the screened patio.
The kitchen is neatly stocked with your basic utensils and cook wear. An atrium between the kitchen and outside walkway further enhances your privacy.
A full bathroom off of the living area offers the opportunity to relax in the bathtub.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location

We stayed in Terry's condo during Thanksgiving week. The top floor condo had an amazing view of the bay and pool with easy access to the beach just a couple miles away. It was very quiet, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. The owner was always available for any questions and left a very detailed book on places in the area to dine and relax. We enjoyed the peacefulness versus the constant activity of Gulf Blvd and would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks Terry!

Great view, beautiful condo

It was the most beautiful condo we have ever rented. I enjoyed the view from the dining table and especially at night from the little balcony. The views are great at night and in daylight. You can see gorgeous sundown from the condo. The pool, spa and deck are great as well. Everything is clean. Washer/dryer are very useful and in the condo. It‘s only some minutes to drive to beautiful beaches, to shops and restaurants. Safe area, too. We would definitely come back again.

5 Star Stay - April 1to 30, 2022

After 2 years of Covid, Border Crossing Closure, it was soooo wonderful to have the opportunity to visit Florida again! The condo was stunning, comfortable with everything you would need, the sunsets and million dollar views...just were the total icing on the cake! We hope to return one day again! Thank you Terry for taking such great care of us! We highly recommend this destination and condo stay! The community in itself is beautiful, so well kept up, and inviting. Everything is so close in this lovely area, wide choice of restaurants, shopping, and so much more! Downtown St. Pete's is not far, and wonderful to visit and engage...their new pier, is wowsa! We so enjoyed our stay, and I sum it up in these words - joy, freedom, & gratefulness! We will be back ! Grateful Canadians!

Everything We Needed

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Great location with quick access to beach, downtown, and other attractions. Unit was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. We spent hours on the deck enjoying the view of Boca Ciega Bay, and the pool area was clean, spacious and convenient. Owner was highly responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great place!

We spent 3 weeks at this great condo on Isla del Sol, perfect place to live when You want to be close to the beach att Fort de Soto or St Petes Beach, short drive in to Saint Petersburg or a little longer in to Tampa, makeing a daytrip to Orlando is not a problem either. The condo is on the 4th floor so the view is great, and we saw dolpins our last day, It's nice and clean and has good standards in every room. We will be back if the condo is aviable on our next trip to Florida. Thank You Terry for the opportunity to rent your great place! A beautiful and relaxing vacation condo

This beautiful and extremely comfortable condo was a wonderful spot for us to spend February and March this past winter. The location is ideal and affords not only great views, but also allows for many enjoyable hours on the balcony. In addition to being close to the beaches of Pass-A-Grille and Fort De Soto Park, there are numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and other activities nearby. Terry’s (the owner) commitment to providing an atmosphere that was warm, welcoming, and relaxing was greatly appreciated. We are already looking forward to our return next winter. C&G

fantastic!

My Friend and i had a wonderful stay in this place; comfortable condo, quite, with all facilities, beautiful view ; we saw dauphins from the balcony. Very well indicated easy to find access tobthe beach by bike or car by crossing the bridge. We would loe to come back. Selma and Sofia.

I loved this place. Great view, comfortable and convenient location.

I stayed here for a week on vacation and really enjoyed this condo. I spent a lot of time sitting on the screened porch and looking out at the water. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We all loved being next to the pool. We rode bikes to restaurants and the beach. It was also a short drive to the Don Cesar, beach, shopping, restaurants. And it only took us about 20 minutes to get into downtown St. Pete for dinner and a concert at Jannus Live. I will be back for sure!!!

My wife & I really enjoyed our stay. The location and all the views were great. The owner Terri was very easy to work with from start to finish. The condo was outstanding. We had a hard time leaving this location, our neighbors were gracious and very friendly. We look forward to returning next year.

Perfect getaway!

We had a great time at your darling condo! The location was petfect and the sunset view from the deck is fabulous! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The condo was spotless and nicely furnished. Terry was so nice to work with and we will definitely book this property again when we return to St. Pete! Thank you Terry!

Good location , great view, but needs updating !!

The location of the unit is great and of course the view is spectacular ! Helped by the wonderful weather we enjoyed during our stay!! The unit was spacious and the floor plan is very livable, however we were very disappointed with the outdated furnishings and decor . The master bedroom mattress is very old and not comfortable. The fan in the shower room was noisy and didn't seem to work properly. King size sheets were old and stretched out. We needed to keep moving the small fan provided from room to room for air circulation. Ceiling fans are definitely needed. All of that said, we did enjoy our time in Florida but would not rent this property again unless there was a complete facelift.
