This is a beautiful achitect's villa located close to the beach with terrace, panoramic view of all the Bassin d'Arcachon, all the comfort and 3 bedrooms. You will enjoy of peaceful location, shops close by (5 min by walking) and sailing school 30 m away. Village with a lot of green spaces, meadows and woods. There are cycle paths and you can rent bikes. It is perfect for a restful holiday combining nature with sea.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Schönes neues Haus direkt am Bassin. Tolle Ausblicke vom Haus und besonders von der Terrasse aus. Sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant direkt neben, mit Austern und sonstigen Meerestieren zu guten Preisen. Wir können das Haus und die Umgebung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Une très belle semaine passée en famille dans cette jolie maison dont l'emplacement est à lui seul un gage de vacances réussies ! Se lever le matin avec cette vue, vivre au rythme des marées, s'émerveiller de ces merveilleux couchers de soleil, que dire de plus ! Tout a été parfait. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Comfortable house with stunning view
The view is the overwhelming. The change of tides makes that there is never a dull moment. The house is well furnished and equiped but suitable for 4 and certainly not for 7. In august the region is crowded so getting somewhere around the bassin takes patience: we had a lot of traffic jams. In this time of year you better take a bike or walk around the bassin. The atlantic beach had an exciting surf. The village has a good bakery, small supermarket ( big ones are a short drive away) I really like to come back again but in another time of the year.

Un site exceptionnel
Un endroit magique les pieds dans le sable où nous vivons au rythme des marées.La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances.La terrasse ombragée vous permet d'y passer la majorité du temps. Un endroit inoubliable où nous avons séjourné 2 années de suite.

Great house by the sea
We had a wonderful week at the villa in Taussat. Thierry was very hospitable. The area is quiet but with a car, in close proximity to Bordeaux and Biarritz. We loved being right by the ocean with the tides a main feature of our day.
