Totally renovated, brand new kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedroom apartment (queen bed and bunk bed with full on bottom). Living Room has queen pull out couch. Private entrance with private deck. BBQ, deck furniture (table/chairs), tv/wifi, all appliances (coffee maker, iron, toaster etc.), 2 parking spaces and 2 beach badges provided. Washer/dryer available, outside shower, linens provided. Smoke free, small dog acceptable for additional fee of $100.

Great value in lbi

We stayed for a week and it was a great location with a clean apartment. My family includes 2 adults, a 10 year old, 4 year old and 9 month old. Its not huge but it worked fine for a week in lbi! Owners were available and friendly but not at all intrusive. It's close to the beach, walkable to restaurants and easy drive to fantasy island and bay village. I would definitely stay again!

Another great Bech Haven memory

Fantastic week in the newly remodeled upstairs beach cottage apartment for me, my wife and our two sons. Location is excellent - we walked or biked everywhere we needed all week - and hosts were helpful and gracious. Thanks very much for a memorable week!

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and more spacious than the photos show. The kids loved the bunk beds! It was great that we could also bring our dog with us. The owners were very nice and friendly! The use of your own private deck was great! It had everything you could need and was budget friendly. The location was also great. A short drive to local activities in the heart of beach haven and also to the grocery store. We would definitely stay again!

Great as usual!

Had another great week at the beach. Perfect apartment for a week at the beach with a family of four. The kids love coming back every year. Thanks for a great week of sun, waves and fun.

Wonderful place and host

We had a wonderful time here. Lorryn and her husband Mark were very friendly and welcoming, the apartment was nice and clean and only a short walk away from the beach. We also loved that we were able to bring along our dog. Thank you!

Great location and hosts

We enjoyed our stay.! This is a great, clean, cozy, centrally located apartment with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful beach with access up the block. Easy check-in/out. Lorryn and family are very friendly and accommodating. They provided some great recommendations for the area.

Low key & relaxing

We had another great stay this year. Lorryn and her husband Mark are so welcoming and friendly. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed for a great stay with our kids. We hope to be back again next year.

Great and cozy rental in a fantastic location

My fiancee and I stayed for a week in the upstairs unit. The space was great and comfortable (especially when it rained for a full day and we didn't go outside), and Lorryn (the owner) was very nice and accommodating. It's a few blocks to the beach and a very short drive to all the LBI staples (Chicken or the Egg, Bay Village, Fantasy Island). I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect small family beach getaway

My husband and two small children (under 5 years old) plus our small dog stayed here for a week to kick off summer. This second floor apartment was the perfect size for our family- clean and comfortable. The kids were SO excited for the bunk beds! The shared washer dryer and outdoor shower was a big plus too. The owners were downstairs in their home a few of the nights and were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our kids loved chatting with them and telling them about their beach days. Everything In the apartment is newly renovated and you can tell they took extra care cleaning before we arrived. It’s just short walk to the beach and was really everything we were hoping for and needed for a week at the beach. We can’t wait to come back for our next stay here!

Wonderful Stay in Beach Haven

We had a great time at this rental! Everything was clean and newly renovated and the location was perfect. 2 short blocks to the beach and the beach in this area is wide so plenty of space. It was so nice to have a rental that accepts dogs also. We all fit comfortably and slept great as well. The owners were easy to get in touch with and worked with us as we had a change in check-in. We would have extended our stay if they didn’t have it booked already. Will definitely rent here again.
