No expense was spared in the construction or designer furnishings. Gourmet kitchen, Professional BBQ. Wonderful outdoor lounges. The location is ideal, being close to the lovely village of Westhampton Beach and a life guarded beach yet totally private and exclusive. Clear views of the ocean and the bay, sunup to sundown. This home provides the best standard in true oceanfront living.

You can tour the wineries, Southhampton, Easthampton and Sag Harbor easily, but once you arrive, no one wants to leave! There are multiple streaming Tv's , built in music. 5 1/2 baths plus an outdoor heated shower, Sauna and Steam room. Walk out onto a beautiful white sand wide beach. Home is fully stocked with beach chairs, boogy boards, bicycles, peloton, towels, crib, and umbrellas. Truly nothing finer available. Premium linens bedding and towels. No groups please., no pets Strictly Families Only..

Absolutely Wonderful
My husband and I spent one winter week in this wonderful, beautiful home. The home itself is very pretty, it is well and tastefully furnished as well as comfortable, but the location (close to town) and the views (spectacular!) take the cake. Dan is one of the most gracious owners we've ever encountered. Thank you Dan, you really have a gift!

An unbelievable experience for you and yours.
Be kind to this property, and it will be kind to you ! A "top drawer" experience if there ever was one. Owners could not be more gracious. This is an amazing property! The home is beautifully designed and cared for. It offers the best location and the beach is perfect! We had to cancel a trip for our 25th anniversary and felt like we were out of luck! Then we happen to find this home, we could not have felt luckier. This home boasts amazing views, a pool and a location that can't be beat! The beach is private, amazing and right out your door. The owner provide wonderful beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas and towels). The owner was very gracious providing lists of favorite restaurants and activities. We could not have been luckier to have found this truly wonderful home. We hope to go again, it is a gem!

Special family vacation
The property is absolutely perfect. The home is comfortable, beautiful and comes with everything you could want or need. Being on the beach was a gift that we enjoyed everyday. We were a family of ten from 10 to 70 years old. Dan and Diane were gracious and helpful hosts. I highly recommend this home.
