Acommodation for 12 people 400m away from the beach and 300m away from the city centre, with covered and heated pool of 9 x 5 metres
located in a building that´s connected to the house by a covered gallery and a changing room with a shower.

peaceful, with an unobstructed view over the ocean from all the rooms of the house.
Master bedroom with terrace and balcony looking over the ocean and the Erquy port.

The main house comprises:
Basement with washing machine and tub.
On the ground floor: A shower room, a toilet, a bedroom (one 1m 40 bed for 2 people) an office with a sofa bed (1m 40) for 2 people, a living room, a dining room with a 180 degree view over the port and the ocean, an equipped kitchen and a storage room.
Upstairs, a shower room, a toilet, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (sleeps 4), a master bedroom (1m 60 bed) with a dressing room and a shower room (Kinedo bathtub) , a terrace and balcony with view over the ocean and the port.

A south facing terrace.

Guest house comprises:
One shower room, a toilet, one main room with an equipped kichen and a bedroom with two beds for one person each.

One covered and heated pool in a permanent structure measuring 100m² with aluminium bay windows.

One changing room with shower and pool equipment.

All about the location and view
The layout of the house was great. Pool was lovely. The views are stupendous and the location is perfect. The house suits a large group giving freedom to those wanting to walk to the town centre or beach to do so and others to stay and enjoy the pool of they prefer.

The property was well positioned for the many beaches in the area. It was well equipped with plenty of pans and crockery to cater for a large group. The covered pool was excellent given the poor temperatures and weather this summer. Only criticism was lack of hand towels and some poor quality bath towels.

Erquy holiday
First impact on entering the property is the view from the lounge - a superb panorama over Erquy and its port. We stayed as a family of 11, and found everything we needed for sleeping and catering. The pool saw heavy use, and was popular with the grandchildren (and grandma). It's a good size, clean and deep at one end. We were received by Allisson, who was very pleasant and helpful, in spite of us speaking different languages. Google Translate came to the rescue. For those of limited mobility, be aware that the drive is steep, and there are 15 steps to the front door.

Beautiful location and views. Pool was lovely.
The property has magnificent views and having the pool for my grandchildren was wonderful but the provision of towels was very poor as they were frayed and very old. Bedding was a mismatch and again looked old. Overall the interior felt tired and garden furniture was all cheap plastic. It rather let itself down for the amount paid for the rental. Fabulous family location but it needs some attention. The owners were very kind and helpful finding a high chair and a cot for us and the lady who looks after the property is equally delightful.

Week end familial.
La villa est superbe, ultra lumineuse avec une vue plongeante sur imprenable et impressionante sur la mer. Le coucher de soleil sur la mer est un moment à ne pas râter. La psicine intérieure aux environs de 30° est parfaite pour toute la famille. Accueil très agréable. Merci.

Maison avec superbe vue
Nous étions un groupe de 12 amis. La maison est spacieuse, propre et bénéficie d’un point de vue magnifique sur la baie de Erquy. La piscine, chauffée, est très agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée. A noter, dans la maison d’amis il ne s’agit pas d’un canapé convertible ET d’un futon mais juste du canapé.

belles prestations pour une séjour de détente et de découvertes
Maison très bien située tant par rapport au village que les découvertes à faire dans la région. La maison est très bien équipé et permet de passer un séjour agréable : vaisselle, nécessaire de ménage (aspirateur,...) lave-linge, lave-vaisselle... et piscine couverte bien entretenue.

PARFAIT
Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le petit séjour ayant eu lieu fin février la piscine couverte et chauffée a permis à toute la famille de bien s'occuper entre les randonnées dans une région qui vaut vraiment le déplacement. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Enjoyable holiday property could have been better.
Excellent location within the town. Spacious house with stunning views. Good holiday Studio off the pool. Glass sliding doors to pool were broken, hence there was no way to lock this part of the house. The valuables of the occupants had to be stored in the house leaving their other possessions vulnerable.  Hence pool could not be secured from young children.  We had a 2 year old infant, it was a constant worry that he could get into the room unsupervised.  There was a very windy day which meant plant debris blew under the door into the pool making it unpleasantly dirty.  This door should be fixed immediately. Despite advising how many people would be staying, not enough linen and towels were provided.  On complaining to the lady who showed us round, she returned and provided further in a timely fashion, There were not enough duvet covers, and some of the linens did not fit the beds. No cot linen was provided.   The state of the linens and towels was deplorable.  They were old, frayed, sheets had stain marks, the towels were rough. I would be ashamed to offer such linens and towels in my home. The general cleanliness of the house was deplorable.  The kitchen surfaces, all the floors, bathroom cupboards, windows, poolroom floor, inside of cupboards, fridge surrounds were all very dirty.  This lack of hygiene and cleanliness made us wash every item we used. The house had clearly not had a thorough clean for a very long time.Although adequately equipped, it was extremely untidy. On arrival one of the  toilet seats was broken.  It was fixed the next day on advising of this, but if it had been cleaned this should have been noticed?   The gas had run out on the cooker on arrival. Again changed when pointed out, this should be checked on every changeover? The house 'manual' is poor, scrappy few pages and only in French. Should be in all different languages. On leaving, the lady was upset we had not stripped the beds. We have never had to do this on leaving any other rental (or make them on arrival as had to do here). If it had been in the instruction manual we would have done this.  We did strip the beds prior to leaving. We were overall extremely disappointed at the standard of this property for the price paid.  Compared to other rentals we have stayed in at similar cost this property fell below par. Items advertised were not available or broken.

Well situated house with great views from all rooms. Spacious, great layout with many private nooks to accommodate 10 persons comfortably. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool. Would love to go back.

superbe sejour
Nous avons passé un super weekend en famille dans la villa de Jean pierre. La maison est magnifique, on s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise, la vue superbe et le top c'est la piscine couverte. Nous en avons pleinement profité. En plus les formalités d'arrivée et de départ sont très simple, la personne qui s'en occupe très sympathique. Nous y retournerons certainement.

SUPERBE SEJOUR
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille dans la maison . Celle ci est parfaite pour recevoir beaucoup de monde .Petits et grands ont profité de la piscine avec grand plaisir et aussi du jardin pour la pétanque familiale .... sans oublier la belle vue mer. L'entretien de la piscine et de la maison par Mme Besnard est très appréciable et réactif. Nous sommes enchantés d'avoir réussi l'organisation de cette semaine à 14 personnes dans un cadre superbe . Merci à Mr Bertoletti pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité .

Merci à Madame BESNARD pour sa gentillesse et la qualité de son accueil. Maison idéale pour famille nombreuse : bien située, bien équipée avec vue imprenable sur le port d'Erquy depuis toutes les pièces. Ménage : rien à redire. Piscine bien chauffée et bien entretenue. Bémol : prévoir plus de poubelles (déchets organiques + plastique) compte tenu de la fréquence des ramassages . Maison à conseiller sans hésitations !!

Magnifique vacances dans cette villa parfaitement entretenue et qui possède une vue magnifique de toutes les pièces sur mer. Les enfants ont apprécié la piscine et se sont régalés. Merci à Mme BESNARD pour son accueil.
