Birubi Breezes, 2/7 Fitzroy St - Large Duplex with Air Con, WIFI & 5 minute walk to the beach

Please note - downstairs split system is not working till end of January 2025.

Stylishly designed and furnished with an open plan living and dining area with a split system air conditioner and Free Wifi and a Smart TV so you can connect your own Netflix.  A beautiful fully equipped kitchen is in the hub of the property, it provides a dishwasher, full cooking facilities, walk in pantry and a large family size fridge/ freezer.

There is the convenience of having a powder room downstairs and an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine, dryer and third shower.

Upstairs you will find the large main bedroom with stunning furnishings, ceiling fan, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and a large walk in robe.  There are also another three bedrooms, second living area with smart TV, split system air conditioner and the huge main bathroom located upstairs.

The two front bedrooms boast stylish furnishings, access to the balcony, built in robes and ceiling fans, they both lead off from the living area whilst the fourth bedroom provides two single beds, robes and a ceiling fan, this room is closer to the main bedroom, making it perfect for the little ones.

The main bathroom has a luxurious free-standing bath, shower, vanity and toilet.  The bonus of having four bedrooms, two living areas and all up three bathrooms makes Birubi Breezes the perfect place for your next family holiday. 

An enclosed yard is great for the children to run around and an undercover area with a gas 4 burner flat plate BBQ is fantastic to cook up a storm. The ease of having internal access from the secure double garage ticks all the necessity boxes and even a backup bar fridge is in the garage. A recent addition is an outdoor shower down the side of the house, very convenient for rinsing all the sand off after your beach adventures.

Anna Bay is perfect for rock fishing, great surfing and the famous sand dunes, try a camel ride at sunset or if you are after something a bit quicker than the quad bikes, sandboarding or a 4WD tour - all this is within five minutes drive. And only a quick ten minute drive into the heart of Nelson Bay gives you the best of both worlds.

Well located clean accommodation

The accommodation was great for 3 families and kids. Very clean. Close to beach and local shops. The only issue was that not enough soap and detergent and toilet paper was provided.
