The Space:
The house is set on one level with the following bedroom layout;

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed with Ensuite Bathroom
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed
Bedroom Three: 2 x Single Beds

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole house.

The Neighborhood:
The Gallery is located in central Rotorua just a short drive or bike ride from the CBD, Redwoods Forest and many of the attractions that people come to the city to experience.

1.5km - Rotorua Golf Club

1.6km - Whakawerawera - The Living Maori Village

1.8km - Te Puia

2.0km - Rotorua CBD

4.8km - Redwoods Forest (Waipa Entrance)

Getting Around:
Public Transport is available or you can walk or ride a bike to most locations.

Other Things to Note:
The house is situated in such a way that our driveway and parking area is close to the neighbouring house. The living and entertaining areas are on the other side of the house however and are quite seperate. We ask guests to be mindful of this when they are arriving and leaving the property outside of normal hours so the noise of vehicles and car doors etc doesn't disturb our friendly neighbours. There is parking for one vehicle inside the garage and parking for a second vehicle in the driveway to the side of the garage. Please make contact with us prior to booking if you have an over-sized vehicle or any additional parking needs.
