The Bay, SMX, MOA Arena, Met Live, Solaire Resorts and Casinos, City of Dreams, Okada Manila, E-Com Towers that house emerging BPO companies and private sectors, PICC, CCP Complex, are a few of our neighbors. It is strategically located at Seaside Blvd., almost cornered with Macapagal Blvd and the other end of EDSA.

It is strategically located at Seaside Blvd., cornered with Sunset Blvd. Lots of restaurants can easily be found in the ground floor of the building, Banks are also accessible as well as 24/7 convenient stores.
