Beautiful remodel be the first to enjoy this amazing 3 bed unit facing the lake. Don’t be tricked by other properties that say lake front, this is actual lakeside. Views off your patio allows for 100% lake enjoyment all day long. We even a have a boat slip for you right out front to maximize your summer! Kelowna’s new regulations only allow for 90 day rentals in many parts of the city. So please don’t try to book a week. The reservation won’t go through. Contact me for further information. The boardwalk is right out front that takes you all through the bird sanctuaries in one direction and the other way right into downtown! This unit is one of a kind in this area and I Watch the boats , the sea planes take off, the sail boat races, the paddle board yoga, the kiddies on the beach all right out front of your patio. 212 is also close to everything ...the beach, the pools, hot tub, tennis and the gym and two fabulous restaurants! Waterfront Wines and Bouchons,BNA and Station Pub.
Outdoor pool and tennis courts are only one flight of stairs up from your suite, or you can take the elevator.
We are close to Tugboat Bay, this beach area is located at the heart of the city, Waterfront Park has unbeatable views of Lake Okanagan, sandy beaches, beautifully landscaped gardens, washroom facilities, paddle boat rentals and boat Take a stroll, to enjoy the delicious restaurants, located along the boardwalk which follows the water’s edge all the way to City Park. If you're lucky, you may even catch some local talent on the Island performance stage
The single parking spot for your car is on the same level as the suite, so there is no need for elevator.

Great stay

The property was in a great convenient location with multiple amenities. The unit was spcious, clean and everything we expxcted when we arrived. I would not hesitate to book a stay here again.

Great location. Lacked necessities.

Location was awesome. Only issues were no extra bedding, towels, cooking utensils. We were not made aware we needed to bring these things ourselves. Units are a mix of owners and people renting suites and the owners living there were quite rude and made things uncomfortable. The view is wonderful and it's nice to have a private boat slip. Not convenient with kids to access the beach. About a 10min walk to the beach that is only 100yrds away because of the canal in between. Other than a few small issues it was an alright week.

We are a family of 3, My husband and I and our 9 year old son. We have a boat like we like to spend time on in the summer, and we rides our bikes everywhere in town so we don’t have to park or take taxis. We can ride for groceries, to restaurants, the park...where ever we want to go and we get our exercise too. We love to watch the sail boats from the deck while we barbeque. There’s never mosquitoes out so we can eat out there all summer long! This picture is of our son as we ride through the lagoon to exit out to the lake through the lock system. It feels like a party in here as people wait around with tunes playing, and sun shining. Nothing like a summer day!

Why they chose this property

HI there. We bought this property with the hopes of spending some quality time together as a family. It has exceeded our hopes of a wonderful family resort that we look forward to spending time at every year! We love the boat moorage, we love the event that happen right outside our unit on the public beach. Free entertainment from festivals, to Canada Day celebrations. We spend time with family, and thus have another unit for when they visit. Everyone loves this location because of its proximity to art galleries, clubs, shops, parks. We all get to do what we like, and can walk to each other’s location and meet up.

What makes this property unique

We are close to golfing, wineries, movies, shopping, the beach, and lots of good restaurants! Come and share the fun! We play tennis in the morning, hang out by the pool, or go to the beach. Go boating, rent jet skiis, paddle boat through out the lagoon. Theres a new adventure everyday. We have a boat slip for rent right outside the unit, a very unique quality for downtown Kelowna. Great convenience and fun. Boats can also be rented from local companies during your stay too.
