This retreat is perfect for the whole family. Our 1920s home has been updated and modernized but retains its historic charm. Our 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms home can sleep up to 12 guests! Stocked with essential amenities and Wi-Fi, you have everything you need to feel "at home." Screened-in porch and fenced backyard for kids and pets! It is convenient to the hospital, courthouse, downtown, convention center, and all the best restaurants Huntsville offers!

The Space:
Guests will enter the house by using a digital keypad. This charming space offers a super floor plan with ample room for your comfort. Inside, every bedroom has a comfortable bed, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep for you and your party. The fully stocked kitchen ensures you have all the necessary equipment to whip up meals during your stay. Feel free to unwind in our porch swing on the screened-in porch or relax in our comfy living room and stream your favorite shows and movies from the SmartTV.
Outside is a fully fenced yard, great for kids and pets!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving and have parking for guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
