Whether you choose to relax in the hot tub or unwind indoors, this space offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. Watch your favorite shows on a 75" Smart TV or pour yourself a drink and kick back. Need some privacy? The 2nd bedroom offers a 55" Smart TV, seating area, and an activity table.

The large living room offers two oversized sofas, a chaise, and a 75" Smart TV with Sonos sound system. Sign in to your favorite streaming service or enjoy the included Samsung TV Plus. The dining area comfortably seats six, and the breakfast bar accommodates four, all with panoramic views of the Paradise Divide, Mt. Crested Butte, Whetstone, Red Lady, Gothic, and Axtel mountains.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with luxury linens, a cozy sitting area, and a private en suite bath. The second bedroom is perfect for additional guests or children, with two queen mattresses in a bunkbed setup, luxury linens, a 55" Smart TV, a sitting area, and access to a full second bath.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, two ovens, an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances like a coffee maker/grinder, toaster, blender and crockpot. The kitchen is spacious enough for everyone to join in on meal preparation.

Step outside to enjoy dining and grilling in the outdoor areas. Take in a soak in the hot tub under the stars, and take in the shimmering lights of the town below as the sun sets on another day in paradise.

From your penthouse door, you have access to two private balconies equipped with a Weber electric grill. Additionally, there's a large shared deck below with a charcoal BBQ and hot tub. You will also have access to the complex's private parking lot.

Bring up to two vehicles and enjoy the convenience of parking them in the private lot or take advantage of the free "locals" town/ski bus from the convenient stop in the cul-de-sac. During winter, the bus service runs every 30 minutes. In summer, it's a short five to nine-minute walk from the condo to the bus stop.

1) Winter conditions exist! We have contracted with a snow removal company to attend to the decks and parking area however, for your safety please exercise caution while in circulation around the property as ice and snow at 9,500' is prevalent.
2) There is a crockpot, hand mixer, pots/pans, bakeware, tableware, starter paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods.
3) Full size washing machine and dryer in unit. Soap included!
4) You have kids? Hate traveling with their big "stuff"? Pack n Play (just bring their linen), Baby Trend Range Jogging Stroller may be available for loan by request at no charge. BPA free cups/dishes and gently used toys & books in the residence for your child's enjoyment.
5) Wildlife sightings are frequent, to avoid damage to the grills from hungry bears, please clean with the grill brush.
6) It is recommended only small children occupy the top bunk as there is a 150 pound weight limit.
7) STRICKLY NON-SMOKING. Yes, it's Colorado, and "it" is legal but please take a seat outside if need be. Please, absolutely no smoking or vaping of any type inside the residence. Peace.
8) Common area charcoal grill deck and hot tub open 8am-10pm max.
9) Quiet time in the unit is from 10:00pm to 8:00am, please respect the neighbors.
10) No pets or emotional support animals*
*No animals are permitted in this unit and VRBO does not require us to host guests with emotional support animals (announced or unannounced) since allergies to animals are present in the owner's family and they are unable to then share and service the space due to health hazards. By booking this unit you accept you and your guests understand there are no animals of this type permitted in this unit. Cameras monitor exterior.
