Four integrated rooms (dining, living, TV and fireplace) with American kitchen and gourmet sea front balcony. Deck combined with the garden, with loungers and tables, spaces that allow excellent integration of visitors throughout the day.
Large master suite facing the sea, which allows you to enjoy beautiful landscapes of nature (sunrise and moon in the sea).
In addition to the master suite the house has 3 more suites, with air conditioning and double bed box, all with sea view and balcony.
On the third floor is a large solar, where you can admire the beach and part of the Serra da Mantiqueira, including the sunset show.
There is ample lawn space for 6 car accommodation. Automatic gate and electric fence. The house is a safe area with concierge and 24 hour watchman.
The house is in a great location, because the neighborhood has close trade (markets, restaurants, pharmacies, butchers, crafts among others), there is no need to use car. Trails, waterfalls and boat trips to nearby islands can be enjoyed within short distances of the house.
