Thanksgiving week rental

The rental was the perfect size and location for our extended family, 6 adults and 4 children. The property manager was prompt to reply to questions and requests. We utilized the dock for our boat without any issues and also walked to the beach a few times. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we have the opportunity.

I really enjoyed staying at this property but Silver mid fever could you get hot water when you’re trying to take a shower also for the price of the property and the quality the cookware that it was provided was pretty inferior

Las Olas water house

The home was in a great location and on the waterway which was awesome. The pool is very nice and the hot tub. But the house is in need of repairs. Kitchen cabinets are rickety, faucet is not working great, no good coffee machine, and pots and pans are very cheap. The outdoor patio furniture is frayed and cheap and the canopy is ripped and moldy along with the orange sofa. The master bedroom had no dresser to put your clothes away. And the shower doesn’t work right. The sink faucets leak when you turn them on. Sofa in main moving room was dirty and needs to be cleaned, so much trash under the cushions. The laptop that controls the pool doesn’t work either. The pool guy was wonderful and told us how to do everything and we never spoke to the house manager once. Could be a perfect house with some updates.

Well Stocked and Spacious

My family and I stayed at this property at the end of July. We had an amazing time. The home had everything we needed and more. It was airy, bright, and spacious and we loved the layout and the location was awesome! There were quite a few areas in the home that needed a little TLC and things like doorknobs, seat covers, etc. need to be repaired or completely replaced. However, it was minimal and did not take away from our overall experience. Great home! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Home & Great Location!!

Loved the home --- very close to the beach and a conference I was attending so location was phenomenal. Made it easy to access all but still stay in a quiet neighborhood where we could enjoy our privacy. Home was fantastic, clean, well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay there.

Great Location

Property was great. Easy walk to the beach. Safe great neighborhood. Stayed for 1 month and never even had to reach out to the house manager. All pool / spa equipment is controlled by the house Ipad which makes it easy. Only Con is that the pool deck tile was pretty slippery when wet and uneven is some places. All things considered, very minor. Pleased with this rental. Enjoy!

Great location.Great house.!

Outdoor and indoors were perfect for family gatherings. Great living spaces Inside and out. Note, it is 5 bedrooms with an office with pull out sofa. Bring water shoes for kids though. Deck can be slippery. Prop mgr hopefully will address.
