Graduation celebration
Had a wonderful time! Boot Hill was very nice! A little too close to the main highway and therefore could hear traffic if outside, but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time celebrating our two graduating seniors!
We had an amazing time and enjoyed the huge patio and outside seating during my friend’s 40th birthday. The rooms were beautiful and the decor was tastefully done. It was spacious and cozy at the same time; and I’m incredibly jealous of the master bathroom. We couldn’t find a better place to accommodate our group. When we couldn’t figure out how to light the outside gas fireplace, we contacted maintenance through the app and they were out to light it within 5 minutes! The arcade game and pool table were a cherry on top it made me feel like a kid again. We’ll definitely be back again. I highly suggest this cabin for a family and friend stay as it is a great place to rest and recharge.

Summer
Whoever put the trash out before we arrived just dumped it by the trash can and trash was scattered everywhere. The cabin was not as clean as expected but we aren’t ones to complain. We would stay again based on the communication from the host but disappointed in the cleanliness when we arrived. The hot tub also wasn’t as clean as we had hoped but it didn’t keep us from using.
Although I do not normally leave reviews, the mixed nature of feelings on this stay, as well as my family, has prompted me to do so for the first time in the five years we have been going to Broken Bow for family trips/holidays. The house was beautiful and booking/check in process seamless. The pictures and house did not match up fully and there was no poker or foosball table available (which we were looking forward to). There were a number of concerns regarding cleanliness, including but not limited to, questionable sheet changes, toothpaste on bathroom sink and even silverware needing rewashed prior to use. There were other issues that were detailed in letter to the managers but for the cost of stay that this trip was for my family, I was highly disappointed and will not use the cabin again.
I will say that, on the positive side, there was quick response to flooded toilets after previous tenants had tripped a breaker to the sewer and plumber/pump trunk had to come out on a holiday.

Renter beware.
The house was in bad shape. Lots of repairs needed. The pictures made the rooms appear much larger than they actually were. The hot tub was down a decked path that was a neat idea, but all the lighting was out, and there was a raccoon nested in the eaves so the kids were afraid to go out there. The gaming equipment in the game room were just about ready to fall down. No tips on the pool ques. No ping pong balls. The kitchen cabinets had some doors off the hinges. There was no toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms. (Toilet paper went on the floor). No shampoo or soap provided. I will definitely find a different cabin to stay in next visit.
PLEASE DO NOT GO BASED ON BAD REVIEWS! Boot Hill cabin is BEAUTIFUL and was AMAZING!! We had such a great time, the cabin is well furnish and kitchen had all kinds of utensils. You will not regret booking this cabin.
This was the first time my siblings and I planned a family filled weekend. The property was perfectly accommodating. The home was very kid friendly. The property manager was super helpful and went even a step farther to accommodate our stay. Definitely looking to make this our location at least once a year.
After reading the previous reviews my standards were set pretty low, but when I walked into Boot Hill it was beautiful and just enough space for all of us. Some of the pictures make the bunk room and the room above the game room bigger but they were just the correct size. We had an issue with the toilet and maintenance came out within the hour.
This space is perfect for you and your family to enjoy each other and is equipped with everything you need. DO NOT GET SCARED FROM READING PREVIOUS REVIEWS!!! Our group talked about going and staying once a year.

Needs some work
The WiFi did not work which is the only way you could watch tv. No one had phone service. Half the hot tub blowers did not work. The upstairs showers had a problem draining. The refrigerator did not keep our items cool. The toilet would not flush in the half bath. There wasn’t hardly any water pressure when showering. For what this cabin cost I would think small maintenance things should not have been an issue.

Property was unclean from inside to outside!
My overall impression of the property was not good. Unclean, refrigerator leaked entire stay, bed linens were dingy, patio cushions should have been thrown away and replaced with new ones, kitchen countertops were dirty, cooking utensils to dishes were not clean. The fire pit contained broken bottle, beer cans and other trash, as well as the patio area.

Boothill
We enjoyed ourselves and the property is beautiful. Although there were a few minor repairs that need to be done and the poker table was not there(that was disappointing since we all play). Overall our experience was good and we would do it again.
Overall stay was good, the only down side was only half the hot tub Jets worked, and there is no longer a poker table as shown in the photos. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Disappointed
Pictures are definitely 10x better than what this cabin actually is. Porch was a mess, over half the outside lights didn’t work, dangerous electrical hook ups to hot tub, jets didn’t work in the hot tub, 2 doors fell of hinges, mold in washing machine, cornhole boards were bought from a dollar store and tiny, pool cues all had broken tips, iI will give the property management team credit though, they did respond quickly and fixed most the outside lights and the pool cues but this cabin is Not even close to being worth the money spent.
This property was so clean and ready when we arrived. We requested an early check in, and the check in process was so easy. We had a large group, and the house was a good accommodation for all of us. Would definitely recommend this house!
We took a last minute trip to Broke Bow and stayed at boot hill cabin. There was ample sleeping space and plenty of activities in the cabin to keep our crew busy during cold winter weather. The hot-tub was in the trees and felt very relaxing an peaceful.
Loved this cabin! One of the best family vacations ever. When we return to Beavers Bend we will definitely stay here again!

Not true to description
I called the number 2-3 times the day we arrived and the following day. The refrigerator side was not cooling down so we had to keep most of our food in a cooler continually adding ice. The TV out of the deck did not work, there was no foosball table or cornhole boards. What made me really upset was that no one called me back about the cabin issues. We paid good money not to have some of these items working.
We had a wonderful time and the cabin was great. The only downside was the cabin is very close to the main highway and the road noise is very loud. There is also a septic release in the morning and evening and when you are on the deck the smell is awful. Overall our stay was great and even with the smell twice daily it was a wonderful stay.
