6th floor beautifully decorated condo at Grand Sandestin, by Baytowne Wharf Village at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Miramar Beach Florida. Completely furnished 1 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker. King bed in master and sofa bed in living room sleeps 4. Full kitchen and living room. 2 televisions. Patio with table and chairs with view as seen in first photo for those beautiful sunny days, sunsets and evenings.
Full fitness center with exercise machines and weights and outside pool. A 5 minute walk into Baytowne Wharf Village where there are some 15-20 bars and restaurants along with shopping, kids activities including zip lining, trampoline, adventure climbs, video arcade, climbing frames, swings etc. In the Village Marina you can rent bicycles, mini golf equipment, paddle boards, pontoon boats and fishing gear. 3 golf courses on the resort less than a 5 minute drive away!
Shuttle bus (owner provides free passes) runs from property door to the beautiful Sandestin private beach (takes about 5-7 minutes), the Marina and around the resort. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, or you can rent chairs and umbrella at the beach or just bring your own.
The eastern side of the resort is adjacent to Grand Boulevard which is a street full of upmarket shops, cinema and restaurants including Tommy Bahama, Fleming Steakhouse, Emerils, PF Chang, Another Broken Egg cafe, The Wine Bar, Craft Bar and others along with a Publix Supermarket.
Some 2+ miles from the resort to the West is the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 100 stores including Ralph Lauren, Nike, Swarovski, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Coach, Disney, GAP, Lacoste, Levi’s, Oakley, Samsonite, Sunglass Hut and many more.
The condo is ideal for Sandestin Baytowne Conference Center, Hotel Effie, Golf, fishing and tennis tournaments. Three golf courses on the resort available to guests.
Discounts for 1 month or longer for snowbirds. Also discounts for military personnel, firefighters, police and medical personnel with ID.

Wonderful Stay!
The Grand Sandestin is a beautiful place to stay with gorgeous views of the bay. Has a walking path that connects to Baytown Wharf with many restaurants and cute shops. The entire Sandestin area is beautiful. Condo was clean, updated, and everything we were looking for. Just a few minutes drive to beaches. We would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice condo in Sandestin. It's a perfect location and the layout and furnishings were just right for us. Very convenient to the shops and restaurants at the Baytowne Wharf Village.

Anniversary trip
We loved the Baytown condominium! The view is spectacular and unmatched sunsets and sunrises right from the balcony. We went during December so there were no crowds and everything was so amazingly quiet! Graham was an excellent host and he was quick to respond to any questions. No problems with check in at all! We will definitely be back!

Another Stay In Paradise
This is my 4th stay at the Grand SanDestin Resort and my 2nd stay this year in this particular condo. First and foremost, the host, Graham, is the BEST! He sends all condo particulars in advance of your stay. He provides area and restaurant information, including his favorites. He quickly responds to questions and requests. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. I have found it to be stocked well with essentials that will keep you from having to go to the store upon arrival, allowing more time to enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony! Each stay, my goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset of each day. Perfect spot for relaxing. I will be returning.

Of the multiple condos that we have stayed in via VRBO, including multiple in the Sandestin / Destin area, this one was by far the top. Bed - 10/10 Location - 10/10 View - 10/10 Responsiveness of owner - 10/10 Quietness - 10/10 Bathroom - 9.75/10 (this is truly trying to find a problem where there really isn't one - I like my shower to have a handheld sprayer, these did not. Otherwise - great water pressure and lots of hot water) Will 100% stay here again if available.

Anniversary celebration
My husband and I recently celebrated our 11th anniversary,and it was wonderful. The unit looked and smelled clean. We had a wonderful view from our balcony, as well. The proximity to activities and restaurants was perfect. Graham was very helpful, being this was our first time using Vrbo, he responded to any and all questions.

Outstanding Stay!
Absolutely lovely! We visit Sandestin every summer and this was out favorite stay by far. Condo was beautifully decorated, with very comfortable bed and all the comforts of home. Graham was extremely responsive and provided all the little touches that make a good vacation great. We loved the suggested restaurants he included for an even more personalized touch. The location in the Grand was superb- close to the pool, walking distance to the restaurants and we enjoyed the rooftop bar at Hotel Effie, as well. What a superb stay, Graham! Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality in your beautiful place - we hope to return!!

The BEST!
Absolutely amazing stay! Location right off the Wharf was perfect. Early morning walk just steps away to have breakfast and to the marina. We had friends meet us at the wharf for dinner and they were so jealous we were just steps away to our condo. Great location and so family friendly! Can’t thank Graham enough for the communication! I felt like we had our personal concierge just a text away! Being we don’t know the ins and outs of restaurants, locations and the best places…Graham was able to help us in seconds of a text! Thank you so much for making our stay the best! Blessings!

Amazing Anniversary Trip!
My husband and I just celebrated our one year wedding anniversary and had the greatest time! The accommodations were perfect. Graham was great at communicating with us. He even gave us amazing recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area! It helped make our trip that much more special and fun! Easy access to beach, wonderful pool for adults and families, and walking distance to the Baytowne wharf shopping and food! Cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!!

Nice Stay!
This condo is one of our favorites! It’s our second time to stay here. It has a beautiful view of the pool and we enjoy the extra full bath. Living room furniture is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The beach umbrella and beach chairs always come in handy on days we go to the beach. Master bedroom mattress has two dips in it and might need replacing. Master bath is nice and spacious. Overall, one of our favorite condos.

A Gem at the Grand Sandestin
This is a lovely condo - very comfortable accommodations. The host was great in responding to questions and providing information.It is a beautiful area - walking, biking, large pool and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here for future trips to Sadestin.

Perfect Getaway
This property provided the perfect getaway. Condo is welcoming, clean, and is filled with all the comforts one will need. It is also in an amazing location. A two minute walk out of the backdoor puts you in the Wharf where restaurants and shopping is right at your fingertips.

Stayed here for a conference. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The short walk to the village for lunch and dinner was a great perk. Shopping and beach access is just a short drive as well. Very clean property and communication with the owner through text was great.

In 2016 we bought our first property on Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and now live there. We liked it so much, we bought the condo in 2019 as an investment property to allow others to enjoy this great resort.

Why they chose this property

It is in the heart of Sandestin, close to the Baytowne Wharf Village in a beautiful building. This unit has spectacular views of the bay and the pool as in the photos. It is decorated in high end coastal chic and has been updated with granite tops, stainless steel appliances and nickel finishes.
It is immaculately maintained.
