Paradise 2 Blocks from the Gulf of Mexico

Newly refurbished condo two blocks off St. Pete Beach. It is fully furnished for your enjoyment. Full-size kitchen w/ granite counter tops and built in microwave will provide all the comforts of home. Has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, to sleep as many as 6. Gorgeous pool area and barbecue to enjoy the sun if you don't feel like walking to the beach. If you do want to walk to the beach, it's about 150 yards with no major roads or intersections to cross. There are numerous shopping and dining options within a three block walk from the condo, to include Rick's Reef, Agave, Post Card Inn, Jimmy B's, 82 Degrees, Buoy's, The Toasted Monkey, Corey Avenue, Walgreen's and Publix, just to name a few. Also, the free beach ride if you do not have a car.

The condo is a main floor unit in a 2-story, u-shaped building with a heated pool in the center surrounded by tropical landscaping. There are only 19 total units in the building, so it is very quiet, peaceful, and serene. There is also assigned parking space for each condo large enough to fit two vehicles or a vehicle and boat.

Great location! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, nice restaurants and beautiful sunsets. Really appreciated having the beach chairs, towels and cooler available to us. Would definitely stay here again.

Well worth a visit

Everything you could want ,lots of pots pans,cups and cutlery,very clean and comfortable and about a few minutes walk round the corner to the beach. It was better than we expected ,would love to visit again .

Excellent Stay!

I stayed at this property with my husband, my mother and mother-in-law. All of us were very pleased with the property! The furnishings were comfortable, including the beds. There was plenty of space for the four of us to relax and hang out. The rooms were clean and spacious. The property owner was easy to communicate with and resolved the minor parking issues quickly. We are planning a return stay!
