2024 Family Vacation

The property is a great size for our family, has a beautiful view, and is very well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked to prepare meals in on rainy days.

Orange Beach

Location perfect. Pools perfect. Beach perfect. Condo in good condition but needs some repairs of several things. Called guest relations and someone came but problems were not resolved. They said parts needed to be ordered. The problem I have with the things that were not functioning properly is that they had been reported in a review and owner’s response to review was that they would check into the needs. Well they still need to check into refrigerator, dishwasher, dryer not working properly. There was also a electrical outlet issue in bedroom with bunk beds. We didn’t report it because we decided to not use it.Also in that bedroom the cable outlet is just a hole in the wall no covering over it. We did contact them about the floors being dirty that we noticed after we had been there maybe an hour and the bottom of our feet were very dirty. They came over and cleaned the floors. After two nights sleeping tge master bed mattress started hurting my back. I think it could use replacing. I found the extra pillows and used them to help. Overall if these items are corrected I will definitely stay here again. I did ask about dates and prices for next year but didn’t book yet.We didn’t let these things ruin our wonderful beach trip.

Great Stay

We were pretty impressed with the condo. There were a few things that needed to be fixed, nothing major, but we let them know, and they got back to us very quickly. It fit everyone comfortably and was in the perfect location. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely choose to stay there again in the future.

Love orange beach

Condo was nice, beds were amazing. Dishwasher was broken so anytime i I cooked I had to wash the pots and pans together crusty food off. I don’t know if anyone reported the broken dishwasher so they thought it was washing. That did not hinder our trip. .

The lady I spoke with from coastal properties was very rude and NOT helpful!! She didn’t care in the least that the bathroom commode would not flush and smelled awful.

May 2023 Vacation

My family had a wonderful week. Weather was perfect and plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 child. The only complaint is the air conditioning would not go below 74 degrees. It was quite warm in the condo. Otherwise nice place for family.

We ABSOLUTELY will be back!!!

The condo was amazing! Super clean, lovely complex. Everything was well-taken care of. The elevators are super-fast, it was wonderful having assigned parking spaces, and the beach is amazing! The only thing that was just okay was the dishwasher. It is loud and the door seems to have sprung. Works fine, but might be time for an upgrade. Definitely wouldn't prevent us from staying here again, this was by far our favorite condo we have rented!

We love staying at SeaChase. The location is great and the beach is amazing and not crowded. The condo was perfect, clean and cozy. Well stocked for our needs. We would love to stay here again.

This was our 4th condo to stay at on property. The frig had a water drip on top shelf that got things wet. This is first we stayed in that did not have ice maker instead what we thought was a wine frige but was like a small dorm frig that kept things cool. Also the patio furniture needed a little improving

Spectacular Condo with Luxury Finishes

We have been coming to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for about 15 years, and this is by far the best condo and Seachase, in general, is the best place we have stayed so far. This unit has 2 covered parking spots which were especially convenient for the occasional showers we encountered. I can't say enough about the accommodations of the unit - every amenity was right at your fingertips, truly a "home away from home". Our little ones loved the bunk bed room, and our young adults shared the 2nd bedroom with no trouble at all. The master suite was luxurious. Both security guards we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Seachase is a very family-friendly place and we would definitely like to stay here again. Many thanks to the Peterson's for our wonderful stay!!!

Ladies trip 2020

Space in need of TLC; silverware with dried food on it (had to wash before use); wet beach towel left in washer from previous renter; washer drain was clogged - water ran over kitchen floor when we washed first load (had to clean up & call for repair); lighting in master was poor; ceiling light in need of replacement according to mntnce. man. Sea Chase location was great, but this particular condo needs some work.

We have been visiting Orange Beach for over 20 years and this condo ranks as one of the best. It was perfect for our family. Very clean inside and outdoors. Conveniently located. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Condo

Great space, great location and a perfect view of the beach! The water pressure and WIFI in the condo were terrible. The condo didn’t feel as clean as It could have, hair in the shower and I would have like to have preferred it smell clean....every morning we went down to the lobby the smell of bleach or overwhelmed us, that wasn’t the case when we first arrived in our condo. I would suggest a mirror for the vanity section of the master bathroom.
