Slope Access, Superb Location for Bretton Woods and White Mountains Region

This family-friendly Bretton Woods vacation home is located in the White Mountains, just steps from the BEST skiing in the East.

Open your door and walk 100 feet to the top of the Rosebrook Meadow Trail, on the Learning Center Quad and you’re off for the day to enjoy the best skiing, grooming and views in the East, including the new 8 person gondola and the gorgeous new Rosebrook Lodge at the top of the gondola.

The updated 4-floor townhome is 2400 square feet and has plenty of room for multiple families to stay comfortably. The main level kitchen, dining and living area is an open space with a flat screen TV above the cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a beautiful Brazilian cherry hardwood floor. The living area is full of natural light beneath 2 skylights and opens up to a spacious deck, with grill, amidst the trees and babbling brook. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a bonus loft area. In all, 12 people can sleep very comfortably.

Bretton Woods is your home base for countless activities in the White Mountains during all 4 seasons. Within the Omni Resort property you can enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, world-class hiking, snowmobiling, zip-lining, tubing, spa services, golfing, sleigh rides, rock/ice climbing, just to name a few. It is a short drive to shopping and dining in North Conway, as well as attractions such as Santa’s Village, Storyland, The Cog Railway, Lincoln Ice Castles, the Flume Gorge, Polar Caves Park, Echo Lake, Clark's Trading Post, Whale’s Tale Water Park, and many more.

We had a great time staying at Alex's place and kicking off our early yearly ski trip. Location is perfect for ski on ski off and the condo itself is actually quite spacious!

Alex was a great host they gave us an early checkin and late check out which was very convenient. Perfect place for skiers. My only complaint which was my fault for not checking was there was no Ac so a little to warm for a summer stay but host did have fans in all the rooms.

Right next to the learning quad, easy in out
While not technically not ski in ski out, i bet you could throw a tennis ball from the trail and hit the condo. The location couldn't be better! What i really like about it is from the top of the beginner quad you just walk off the trail and it is right there. Prefect location. Plenty of space and nice amenities that you would want for a ski trip (tv, games, kitchen utensils, extra blankets, etc.) Communication with host was great and very fast responses. When we come back this is the condo we are booking again!

The owner, Alex, was very responsive. The house was clean and spacious. The condo is very close to Mt. Washington Hotel, which was great for us as we were back and forth. Would recommend!

Love skiing at Bretton Woods and this condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for everyone, the large kitchen table was great for a dinners and board games afterwards. Really cozy by the gas fireplace at the push of a button! Best part - access to the slopes, quick stop for lunch and back out again! Thanks Alex- great stay by everyone!

Perfect slopeside condo
We just left a long weekend at Alex’s condo. We had an amazing experience! The location is perfect an easy walk to the ski trails. We have stayed at numerous slopeside condos at Bretton Woods and they all have a very tight galley kitchen. However Alex’s kitchen is a newer updated kitchen with a much improved layout! It’s wide open with plenty of space for more than one person in the kitchen! Everything in the condo is updated. The furniture and bedding is newer and comfortable! You really feel at home while having the convenience of being right on the mountain! It’s perfect a perfect get away for families!

Great access to the Learning Center Quad lift for beginners and easy access to all the lifts. Great location for easy bathroom breaks, lunch, and quick snacks before heading back on the slopes. Great stay and will return.
