Welcome to our vacation home! "Other friends stayed in the same townhouse community, this was by far the best" says Jamie who stayed in August 2023 Since then, we have renovated the kitchen and game room with a new shuffleboard table. We are across the street from Bretton Woods, and next to the Mount Washington Hotel so you are mere steps from skiing, golf, hiking, or a fabulous spa day. A great mountainside townhouse with all the amenities the north country has to offer, including a tennis court hiking trails right outside your door.

This well decorated end unit is cozy, yet airy (though no AC) with a beautiful fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and open plan to keep the conversation going while dinner is being prepared. Three of the five bedrooms have private baths. The bottom floor has a well equipped get away for everyone to play shuffleboard, or just watch a movie. We have just completed another phase of our renovation plan for our guests to enjoy a brand new kitchen, game room, and kids bedroom!

So everything you need for a relaxing vacation is provided including a brand new fully-equipped kitchen and all linens for your convenience. Afraid of being totally disconnected? Log into your Netflix or Amazon account on the SmartTV, watch live TV on the YouTubeTV or just relax listening SiriusXM or Pandora through the Roku streaming stick. Forget your cell phone charger? There are USB charging stations (wired & wireless) in each bedroom!

It is perfect for just a weekend and is plenty comfortable for a full week stay. Whether you are looking to ski, hike, attend a family wedding, or just relax you will be sure to feel right at home!

Apres' for Snow! - we are sure you will enjoy yourself no matter the conditions or time of year it is!

Perfect Townhouse for a Ladies Spa Weekend
This townhouse clean, comfortable, and perfect for a weekend away. There was plenty of space for relaxing, cooking and gathering together. Checking in and out was easy. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We would definitely stay again!

Great Condo
Family had a great stay at this condo. Been going to Bretton Woods for years and this was one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in. Beautifully renovated throughout. Great basement for kids.

Just what I imagined
This was an amazing vacation home. Clean and nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked but need to bring your own paper towels, baggies, etc. The hosts were amazing and accessible. I would reserve again for next year's event.

Comfortable and great location
We stayed at this property for a weekend trip to Santa’s village. It was the perfect location with a lot to do around, including the COG railway. Our group of 4 adults and 4 kiddos for comfortable. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

February Ski Weekend!
Three couples stayed for two nights. We loved our condo and its proximity to the mountain and to the Mt. Washington Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing and fun weekend in your perfect home!

The best stay in Brettonwoods!
This house is stunning! The unobstructed views are fantastic. The house is so nicely finished and the basement is next level. If you have kids and/or teens, it's like they have their own space complete with pool table and foos ball table. We used the house in August to summit Mt Washington and it rained the whole day, so the washer and drier were a must and both were superior appliances. All of us loved our mattresses and pillows and linens. (fyi: we found that most of the towels were in the ground floor bathroom). The kitchen is well stocked with basics. But best of all, Joe, who runs the property is really sweet and responsive. This is honestly one of the best Vrbos I've ever stayed in. And we had other friends who stayed in the same townhouse community and I can say, this house was by far the best. Be sure to hit the trail around the property and Mt Little Deception is a nice little hike as well. Check out the book they've created for things to do and they've marked their favorites. We took these recommendations and loved it all.

Terrific Weekend of Hiking!
Great condo close to Mt. Washington trail heads. There is plenty of space, with comfortable bedrooms spread out across three floors. Game room downstairs was a nice bonus! Very clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay!

Great stay! We were here with our two adult children and two of their friends. Very comfortable and clean. Host was super easy to get in touch with and generous with their kitchen supplies etc. and an offer to check out late. Perfect spot for some of us to climb Mount Washington!

Ski weekend
We stayed at Apres for snow for a ski weekend at Bretton Woods. The condo setup is great for two families. The location is perfect to get to BW for fresh tracks and a great place to unwind after skiing. We enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Joe was great with communication and responsive to requests. Will be coming back next season!

Amazing spot next to Bretton Woods
We had two families (4 adults, 5 kids) for a ski trip. The place was fantastic! Beautiful views through large windows, plenty of space to relax and hang out, fun rec room downstairs for the kids, 2 master suites with king beds for the parents, location was right next to Bretton Woods…all around amazing place to stay and we’re looking forward to coming back in the future!
