Upscale but homey and comfortable!
We had a wonderful stay at this unit. Our extended family members met in Colorado for a ski and snowboard trip. The home had plenty of space for everyone to have their own personal space and bathroom, as well as great family space, a big kitchen and living space to host all. The additional living space in the basement was perfect too! We would defiantly stay here again, we found it to be clean, well appointed, welcoming and in a great location!

This home has everything you need. A group of 5 adults stayed here with much room to spare. Everything is in good condition and we were very comfortable the whole time. We frequently commuted to Vail village and the drive was an easy 7-10 mins.

Wonderful Home!
Our family group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and in great shape with no issues whatsoever! Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in, the Kitchen was set up with all the necessary cooking needs, plenty of bathrooms, large dining table, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes! Highly recommend!!!

We were a group of 10 (8 adults and 2 kids). This place was spacious and comfortable for everyone. Place was very clean when we checked in. Communication was very easy with the property. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the house had 2 sets of washers/dryers. Hot tub was great for after spending a day on the mountain. Vail was a very short drive away. Loved our stay. We would stay again!

Great location and customer service
We had a great experience with our stay. We ran into 1 minor plumbing issue that was fixed immediately. Communication was amazing not only regarding the house, but recommendations around the area. The only slight negative was the thermostat was set to a preprogrammed temp that made it so hot during the day and in upstairs bedrooms. We couldn’t quite figure out how to override it. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. Thank you!

Comfortable and clean very close to Beaver Creek
We had a great stay with 2 families - 4 adults & 5 children. The property was very clean, had a ton of kitchen items to make cooking easy, and was very comfortable for our group. The location is also amazing - 5 minute drive to base of Beaver Creek. We had constant communication with the property managers and when we had a minor issue, they came out immediately to fix it. The only (again minor) issue we had was the thermostat was on a set program that we couldn’t quite figure out and it was really hot in the evening and upstairs bedrooms.

We enjoyed the hot tub every night listening to the river. Plenty of space for our family of ten. The room temperature was very different at each floor. Main level was perfect, upstairs hot and basement freezing. The host were great and responsive.

23 wedding anniversary trip
Last minute little get away to Vail. This property was so amazing!! The house is HUGE!! Plenty of bedrooms and gathering areas for large groups. It was just the hubs and I on this trip but I’d love to bring my kids and their SOs next time. The hot tub was just what we needed after a rainy day on the golf course. I love watching the Eagle River from one of the 3 patios. It’s so relaxing. The house is close enough to everything but not right in the middle of the hustle which was very nice. Super quite little area and even though you are in a town house you feel very much to yourself here. 💯 recommend staying here. I can’t wait to plan another trip to the area. I will definitely book this house again.

Nice mountain townhome
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is about 10 minutes to vail, and closer to beaver. This home comfortably accommodated our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids ages 16-21). Every bedroom has a full bathroom, and had plenty of room and different spaces for all to hang out. The river behind the home was relaxing to look at. If I was in the area again, I would definitely rebook.

College graduation trip
We had a wonderful visit. The house is perfectly located between Beaver Creek and Vail. There are grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. The house was perfect for a group of adults with separate living areas on two levels. We took advantage of the large hot tub every night and enjoyed the fireplaces. Our stay here was better than expected. The property was very spacious and had two lounge areas which was ideal for our group size. The new hot tub was a huge plus for after skiing. The property management team was very responsive and went the extra mile.

Bad news
The property had problems that had not been addressed. The basement had a wonderful room that couldn't be used because the previous people who had rented it, had melted the controller for the fireplace and it had not been fixed. So the room that would have been great for movies, etc. could not be used because it was so cold. Ice maker in the fridge did not work. The dryer on the second floor did not work. After we got there, we found out the garage could not be used for a car! What the heck? If the garage is to be used as a mudroom, it should be listed and heated . We were disappointed by all these things and will look for other properties next time.

Relaxing staycation
This trip was a mini getaway from Denver with my family for an early Christmas celebration. The home was clean and ready when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of extra towels, complimentary shampoo and conditioner, games, dvd player, 2 fireplaces, and 2 washer/dryers! The only thing missing was a bottle opener and ice. 2 of our showers were clogged and the management team was on it right away! They checked in by texting throughout our stay and were quick to respond. The hot tub is brand new and the jets were amazing. We spent many nights relaxing in the hot tub with the snow surrounding us. We had 7 adults and 1 child and the property is very kid-friendly. The master is upstairs with another queen bedroom and the bunk room and another queen bedroom are in the basement. All bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, plus a half bath right off the kitchen. I loved having the 2 living rooms. The home itself was very cozy. The kitchen table is large which is nice for family dinners and both chairs in the living room on the main floor recline. The property is closer to Avon than Vail, but just a quick drive down the road. I would stay at this property again and definitely recommend for families!

I loved this property! All the amenities needed were available. On a private road and secluded. Beaver Creek behind townhome. 7 minutes from Vail. Great shops nearby. I will stay hear again. My family enjoyed staying here also!
