Beautiful, sunny and quiet
a perfect get away with the family, the property is fully fenced and there is plenty of room to run around and ride their bikes.
The outdoor living is perfect for BBQ's in the evening and there is plenty of space inside for friends and family.
There is plenty of room to park your boat and there is a filleting table out the back.
There is a cot in the 4th bedroom but can be changed to a single bed if needed.
Only 5 minutes to the Motueka town center and 15 minutes to the start of the beautiful Abel Tasman.
